I used the optometrist for an exam and then ordered glasses. This is my second tome to do this with this office. I was very pleased with the doctor. Did thorough exam and glasses worked well. The staff is always friendly, always helpful with picking out glasses that fit your face and in adjusting them when you pick them up. Highly recommend and will use them again. read more

This TSO office is under new ownership. Dr Lance Mitchell is wonderful as are his office staff. We used to see him for our eye care when he practiced in Cleburne. He is great at explaining things and is a very kind person. The optical shop is nice and the ladies are helpful with helping customers understand insurance benefits. read more

I unfortunately have had my first extremely negative visit with TSO. This location was fantastic 7 years ago when I was a student at Tarleton State University. I recently decided to come back and use them for my yearly exam and glasses. The doctor was fantastic but unfortunately the rest of my business with them has overshadowed that. I have to have two pairs of glasses due to my work being on a computer screen. My insurance covers one and I pay out of pocket for the other. I expected the total to be around 400.00 as I have paid in years prior from other eye glass locations throughout Texas and Utah. However, my initial visit they allowed me to pay half up front and pay the rest upon pick up. They quoted me $300.00 for which I paid 150.00 down. They then call me and tell me there was a misunderstanding it will be slightly more and I would owe $200.00 at pick up. I said that is fine and we ended the call. Today I go to pick up my glasses and they tell me I owe $270 more for my glasses. I said excuse me? I asked for itemized receipts then we broke it all down and I told her this is now my third interaction and again the price is a higher price than what they initially told me. I told both ladies up front how UNPROFESSIONAL they are and blindsiding their customers is not okay. Save your self the trouble and go anywhere else but here. They lack basic fundamentals in reading, language and mathematics. Save yourself from the headache and lies. read more

The front desk staff is very rude. If you go in there and ask them to reuse a frame, they treat you less than for trying to save some money by reusing a perfectly good frame. read more

I had a reasonable experience with the staff, but the Dr at the time was VERY rude. Every question I asked was received with an attitude and every response was condescending. The TSO website has a page to schedule appointments but twice now I have tried to use that because of no answer on the main line and twice now the email request has been ignored. Unfortunately there are not many options in this town so we take what we can get, but I am 100% confident that if we were in a larger metro area this group would have been out of business long ago. read more

I simply called to make an eye exam and the receptionist was incredibly rude. Asked for pricing and she repeated that it was $70 something for contacts and $60 something for glasses I told her I don't wear any, then she said well after you get your eye exam depending on what you choose that's the price. I guess they know for sure I'll need some corrective eye ware, I hung up then. read more

I called after I had a horrible experience with Dr. Adams office, Dr Monty Banks got me right in even though his office was full. Checked my eye out, gave me some meds and away I was. I found a new eye doctor for me and my family. Thanks again! Great service!!! read more
