His tactics are suspect as he always has some kind of "breakthrough, new procedure" that he hits your insurance with so he can double down on money he gets from you. Be careful of this horrible Dr. BEWARE he doesn't care about your health, just his bottom line. He is a crook wearing a white coat. He has done nothing for me except put me in a worse condition. He gave me a shot in the back and now I can't walk, stand, sit or lay down without pain. And now he says he wants a new MRI bc mine is a year old. Hey dirtbag, order the new MRI first before you shoot me up in an operating room.

Center for Spine Care's (CSC) treatment philosophy, the Minimally Invasive Spine (MIS) treatment approach, has always been the foundation of that mission. For the over two decades CSC has proudly been on the forefront of MIS treatment techniques that typically lead to quicker recovery and return to function for patients. At CSC, the first step in MIS treatment is to identify what is causing your pain. MIS is often used as a descriptor when talking about spine surgery; but, true MIS treatment is a strategy that begins in the clinic, not the operating room. As Dr. Peloza says, "A MRI is not the whole picture. Listening to the patient, performing a physical exam and precise diagnostics allow us to create predictable treatment plans, unique to each patient's needs." Through this thorough assessment, most CSC patients are able to get back to an active life with targeted non-invasive or minimally invasive conservative measures. Should your condition require a surgical solution, CSC stays true to our MIS treatment philosophy. From the smallest to the largest procedures, the goal remains the same: target the pathology with minimal disruption. Dr. Peloza, Mr...

I was armed with not one, but two MRIs from other doctors, ready to hear the dreaded "Let's schedule surgery" speech. Instead, I met with a genuine, down to earth, personable doctor that actually listened to all my complaints and I mean all of them lol. Not just "my back hurts," but also my entire medical history. Dr. Desaloms already has my MRIs up on a giant screen ready to review my issues. This office clearly invests in top-notch technology, and it shows. Love his PA Stephanie (extra bonus points for having her in his back pocket!). He's not the kind of neurosurgeon who pushes surgery just because he can. I may need it someday, but right now he's focused on what's best for me. That kind of organic, patient-first approach is rare. The entire staff at Dallas Neurosurgical and Spine, from the front desk, tech, PA to billing -- were exceptional people who obviously enjoy (and love) their jobs!

He didn't care to read it, a secretary said he wasn't obligated to read the mri since he didn't order it and dropped me as a patient after expressing how awful everything was going for me in my life due to this. 15 mo post op c5c6 fusion.... one simple layer... i'll never understand, but i am willing to pay 10k to d13 w VAD because of the debilitating pain i have been suffering in since 35 yo til now 38 yo.... almost graduated NP school, and couldn't, just 3 semesters away.... life i worked so hard for, completely ruined. Dr. Satyan seems knowledgeable enough about spine surgery, and seemed to answer most of my questions to the best of his ability, but he did so with a bit of uppity holier-than-thou attitude that I had not expected. Some of my questions regarding the surgery process and potential side effects were answered with what seemed like a "why do you need to know that?" attitude. At the end of the appointment, it seemed like he assumed I'd automatically have him as my surgeon - I mean, of course I would, right? Methinks not. I felt his bedside manner could use some serious work. If you visit with this doctor, I'd make note of how often you have to initiate the information-gathering questions, as it felt like pulling teeth to me. Nothing truly informative seemed freely offered. The impression I left with was Dr. Satyan seemed unsympathetic about my medical situation, and I felt like just another boat payment for his clinic.

I am genuinely lucky to have found this place. Dr. Grosser was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I actually understood what she was saying. Anna was extremely thorough and made sure I was on the right track. She made me feel actually cared for, not just like someone doing their job. Andrew, Brian, and Anna were the best care team I have ever received. Every single person I interacted with treated me with an incredible amount of respect, patience, and compassion. If any family member of mine ever needed an orthopedic doctor, I am not telling them to go to Plano Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center. I am forcing them to go there. If there was a superhero orthopedic movie, this is the Avengers right here. Thank you so much to the entire team. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my experience.
