Worst company service EVER! Shuttle missed scheduled appointment for a party of 26 by 40 minutes. Ended up using Ubers. Shuttle was also 2 hours late for pick up causing huge issues with airport, hotel, and other logistical matters. Once I called and discussed this they refused any kind of discount or refund. Drivers were very rude and had no regard for the issues. They have since not returned a single call nor any credits. WILL NEVER use this company again. read more

I am not one to write a poor review, in fact. I am against it because I believe it's bad Karma. But in this instance I must provide a warning to future customers seeking transportation in Texas or Arizona. Don't use these guys. It doesn't matter how good the drivers are, they need to pick up their passengers first. Fortunately, my VIP passengers were all tech-savvy able bodied people who can order an Uber or jump in a cab last minute. I can't say the same for someone who is looking for a ride for their 87 year old grandmother at DFW whose transfer could be cancelled because "the driver had another pickup." To be short, I had 6 different scheduled reservations with this company and they managed to screw up almost all of them. If the upper management would like to hear more, please feel free to reach out to me, I have listed the following reservation numbers and the issues that occurred. I feel that this might be seen before the pointless customer review email is ever read. Also, I still have charges on my account for these non-pickups. My next waste of time is to call my CC company and stop payment. Wednesday, April 17, 2024 Reservation #K2EAEY 11 PAX at 5:15pm pickup Reservation Details: Shuttle 8 -14 pax $277.14 Only one vehicle arrived on time, was insistent on waiting 20+ minutes for the other vehicle to show up before departing. It was not a sprinter or mini bus but 2 SUVs. Passengers stated they were very packed into the car with their luggage on their lap. Friday, April 19th, 2024 Reservation #AFVTFR $41.26 Reservation Details: 2 Pax VIP pickup from DAL at 10:30am Driver called ME? at 10:20am saying the flight was delayed (it wasn't) and he needed to leave because he had another pickup in half an hour. My VIP entertainers had to order and pay for an uber on their own. Saturday, April 20th Reservation #NPNYW6 Reservation Details: 1 VIP pickup from DAL at 12:30pm $41.26 The passengers flight was diverted and delayed through the day. Dispatchers could not promise an on time pickup due to the change therefore I cancelled and my VIP performer had to pay and take a cab. Sunday, April 21st Reservation #7JFP61 $416.32 Reservation Details: 15 Pax - changed to 20 pax due to the complaints from Wednesday's transfer being too small. I was informed 3 vehicles would be dispatched (2 7 pax SUVs and 1 10 pax Shuttle/van) According to my passengers, ONE vehicle arrived 5 minutes late and the others claimed they would be there AROUND 1:00pm. This was an airport transfer and the group could potentially miss their flights. The present driver ALSO claimed he couldn't leave until the other transfers arrived. The remainder of the group ordered Ubers and left, arriving to DFW late. An update: While trying to cancel my failed transactions via email I have been informed "Unfortunately, you cancelled less than 4 hours before your pickup time, so you are not eligible for a refund." Even though the company couldn't make the transfer? How does this business continue to operate and make money? Maybe they just take full advantage of innocent people. Thanks for your time, E read more

Texas Shuttle - A photo from my passenger showing how full the vehicles were. His suitcase is on his lap. - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Irving, Texas

Mr. John James was excellent! I recently had back surgery and was unable to drive to DFW to pick my husband up from the airport, so we contacted and reserved a ride with Texas Shuttle. from the request to pick up to drop off we could not be happier with the service we received. The driver was prompt and had great communication at pick up, it was Christmas Eve Eve, so we were a bit worried about traffic at the airport.... but no worries Mr. James was fantastic. My husband said he was so pleasant and kind and the ride was comfortable and stress free. We will definitely keep Texas Shuttle in our contacts for friends/family visits and will recommend Mr. James as he receives 10 + stars from us. Thank you! read more

We booked a round trip ticket from the airport to cruise terminal. While on the cruise, Texas Shuttle sent and email that our return shuttle was cancelled due to no driver available. 20 days later and still no refund for the cancelled shuttle. 2 emails and one phone call where they hung up as soon as I said I was calling for a refund. Wish I had not used this company. read more

DO NOT!!! use this company, customer service is very rude and unprofessional. You will not be pick up for time you requested. Lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, all she wanted to do was canceled, she did not solve the issue, her answer to everything was do you want me to cancel several times over and over, it was really bad. Do not give your money to this company. read more

enjoyed a chatty ride from tyler to dfw with dan. the good: he arrived promptly, and very kindly went out of his way to assist me with my bags (including getting me a trolleycart at the airport!) at the start and finish of the ride. calling customer service to confirm my ride the night before was also a breeze. based on the reviews, it looks like i got lucky that my ride wasnt cancelled. the less great: hidden fees (city fee, tax, mandatory tip, 48 hour booking), added an additional $80 i wasnt expecting to an already expensive ride. read more

This service is absolutely horrendous! I cannot stress this enough! I had to come down to Texas for business, and I had hired them to pick me up from the airport, arriving and departing while I was down there. First driver we had was an absolute slob. The vehicle smelled like decomposing food, and other trash. The driver was listening to very explicit hip-hop with inappropriate lyrics. The driver was also speaking inappropriately in general, which was not professional. The driver's car was rickety and there seem to be a flat tire in the back that was very concerning especially while being on the highway. I was absolutely appalled, concerned, and disgusted with this driver. There is no way to speak to a person directly about any complaints with this company. They tell you to send them an email. They only refunded me a couple of dollars which was peanuts compared to what I paid. The driver who picked us up from the hotel, driving us back to the airport, their car reeked of cigarettes, and also their car seemed to be having problems with their transmission. I have had better service using Lyft and Uber then this piece of crap company. I complained about issues to them again and once again they gave me peanuts for they are unprofessional Service. I barely travel to Texas, so luckily I won't be having to deal with them again. A warning to anybody who wants good transportation definitely go with another service and don't choose them! It seems like they will hire anybody off the street to be a driver. Non-qualifying people and broken down cars to pick people up in. Totally unprofessional service! read more

Booked this for the first time for a 50-minute shuttle to DFW airport, and they cancelled the reservation because they didn't have a driver. I'm elderly and had to drive my wife and son to the airport myself. Will never use them again as long as I live. read more

I made a reservation to be picked up at the Galveston cruise port. My reservation was canceled while I was on the cruise and I did not receive the email that was supposedly sent to me. I waited at the port for 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, called the emergency number and had to leave a voicemail, and finally took a cab to the airport, almost missing my flight home. I will never use this service again! read more

Scheduled a ride from my home to airport, and then return trip him upon my arrival. First leg was fine. No issues. Day of my return flight, I received an email saying my trip had been cancelled because driver called off and did I "want to re-schedule"? No. I need a ride! Customer service rep made no apologies and it was "sucks to be you". One driver??. Found another service. Will not recommend. Will not use again. HoNOR YOUR COMMITMENTS! read more

This is a repeat of my Google review. I want to make sure everyone and anyone can learn about this business. Initial Review: I saw all the wonderful reviews for this company. I spoke to a very nice agent, Krista. She set me up for a round trip from Houston to Galveston and back. My reservation was confirmed on 11/16 for a 11/21 pick up at 10:30 AM. On 11/20 at 2:26pm, I received a text alerting my reservation for 11/21 was being cancelled because they did not have a driver. This cancellation was less than 24 hours before we needed to be picked up. I was told, when I called, that I would get a full refund. I asked about the other leg of my reservation (pick up from Galveston back to Houston) and how they could guarantee we wouldn't get cancelled again. They couldn't provide me enough assurance that this wouldn't happen again so I cancelled that part of the trip and went with another provider. The part of the reservation that I cancelled will be charged a 30% fee for cancelling. I don't think it is fair but I was willing to pay the fee because I lost all faith in their ability to meet my needs which are to pick me and my family up like you said you could. I could have chanced it but considering I wouldn't know their was an issue until we were back at port from our cruise, the uncertainty wasn't worth it. Response from the owner on Google: "You were initially issued a full refund. Clearly your review is a lie." Update after the above response from the owner (on Google): On 11/20, I received the text and did not immediately receive a refund. I wouldn't have expected an immediate refund as it was a Sunday and banks are closed. On 11/21, I wrote this review and got on a cruise without access to my review or banking information. The charge of 30% was in your contract and your phone representative stated was true. When I arrived back to land on 11/26, I saw I missed a call from Texas Shuttle and went to my bank online and saw I was refunded all my money. I came back online to update my review to see the OWNER state that my review was obviously a lie. I will let my "1" star stand as I didn't lie and would have updated my review when I arrived back and was able to see that Texas Shuttle decided to make an exception to their stated rules. I will let the "1" star stand as the comment of calling me a "lie" was uncalled for and very unprofessional when all the facts I stated were true. Texas Shuttle had an opportunity to change my opinion of them and then shot themselves in the foot. I still thank Krista for her good customer service though. I used Texas Shuttle recently and recommended them to some Canadian guests at a wedding to take them to the airport. They waited and the driver was a no show. They text him and called him but no response. The driver ended up sending a lyft driver after 40 minutes. The Lyft driver was playing obscene music and would not turn it off. They called Texas Shuttle and the customer service would not help them get a refund. Since my sister and I had used them several times and I live in Texas I reached out to Texas Shuttle. The customer service person was rude. She stated since they took the Lyft they could not have any refund. I asked her what were they to do since they had to get to the airport and it was now 40 minutes past pickup. We're they to miss their flight. I asked to speak to someone higher up and for the phone number to corporate. She said they do not take calls and gave me an email address. I have sent two requests to this email and so has the guests from Canada. YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM MANGEMENT. They are not humble like they state on the website and not honest nor do they care. Please think about other options I plan to in the future. They have lost us as repeat customers and will not recommend them to anyone. it seems like they are a fine company until an issue arises and they show their true colors. read more

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Made hotel to airport pick-up thru Texas Shuttle 3 day in advance prepaid via credit card. Waiting at appointed time & place. No texts so placed call. Texas Shuttle explained that I had cancelled the ride! I explained I had not, but the clerk hung up. Called again. Hung up. Called again. Phone blocked. Received text from Lyft that their driver had been contacted by Texas Shuttle to get me to the airport. A few minutes later, I received a text that the Lyft driver had canceled my trip. Scrambled to make taxi arrangement to airport. Meanwhile, Texas Shuttle is trying to partially refund credit card payment, keeping a steep cancellation fee. Dishonest, at least; deliberate scam at worst. Whatever: BEWAR! BEWARE! BEWARE! read more

NEVER EVER ISE THIS SERVICE! The only reason this is one star is because I could not do 0. They let me know 14 hours before the flight they were cancelling because the can't find a driver. My 94 year old mother cannot drive 75 miles to come get me. They will make less on me because the driver has to get back to which takes time and they would rather book another ride. Also their website says if you book with less than 48 hours in advance they charge you extra but when I booked it 51 hours they still charged me and said it was 48 hours before the day of the flight , not 48 hours before they pick you up. If you cxl it is a 30% surcharge but they can cxl on you and they don't do a stinking thing for you. read more

I found this business' "Tyler to DFW Shuttle" in an internet search for my elderly brother and his handicapped wife who were visiting family from out of state. They booked a 1-way shuttle from Tyler to DFW 2+ mos in advance. Rec'd confirmation of reservation and pickup date/time. Less than an hour before pickup time, rec'd a text that they would not be picked up due to the driver having a "family emergency". A mad scramble to find a last-minute substitute transport to DFW from Tyler ensued, which was incredibly inconvenient and psychologically traumatic for all involved. A full refund was promised by the business, but after more than 72 hours from that promise, no refund has yet occurred. Is this a scam business? Don't know yet (since still waiting for the refund), but do know that Tyler To DFW Shuttle / Texas Shuttle LLC has proven that they are a business which will cancel its customer's reservation at the very last minute, leaving their customer stranded 100+ miles from their departing flight and that they can't be / shouldn't be trusted or used. read more

After our first visit to IAH to pick up friends we decided immediately to hire a service to transport us from home and back for an upcoming overseas trip. And we are so glad we did. Thank you to Felicia and Cheryl for making this commute effortless and enjoyable. Both were on time, knew their way around and were pleasant to converse with. Headed to the bank to dispute my charges! They left us hanging! I know for a fact they double booked the driver, Arthur. He picked up part of our party at 8:45am and according to my email he was also to be our driver. No possible way he could have left Galveston at 9am, drive to Houston and back to Galveston to pick us up at my scheduled time of 10:30. After Arthur was 20 minutes late I spoke with him on the phone and he said he was going to be at least another 45 minutes. I called the office to see my options and the lady was extremely rude. Basically said tough crap and only offered to refund the drivers gratuity. A male contacted me and apologized, said he tried to find us an Uber or Lyft but non were available and said he would refund my money. We scrambled and secured a ride and made our flight out of Houston on time. I have emailed them and only receive a form letter in return stating their cancellation policy in which it states if they are over 30 minutes late or a no show a refund will be issued! Last time I checked 75 minutes is more than 30. I have called the number of the man who said I would be getting a refund many times and no one has answered. read more

My family and I have used Texas Shuttle for a few years now and have been pleased with their service. During the travels to and from, we have had rides with most of their drivers, though during this past trip one in particular deserves recognition and that is, Kevin! He was gracious and professional and we engaged in good conversation. The gentleman that he was, he kindly assisted with my luggage in getting it into the door area of the Airport. That certainly helped my back that day and for that I am very grateful. So, thank you again! One area if I may offer to upgrade is, for all drivers to wear a polo and or button down shirt with their name embroidered on the front. This added touch will look really sharp and stand out from the rest and for the ladies, a beautiful silk or cotton blouse, top. Happy and safe travels. ~ read more

Smooth Rides from DAL and returning to DFW. Both of our drivers, Marcus from DAL and Wayne back to DFW were excellent drivers, thoughtful people and made the journey interesting and worry free for us. Each was relaxed, courteous and flexible to any of our concerns. The entire service was timely, even early, with generous communication. They made a change in time for us easy, they covered our whole flight schedule and were in touch with us before we could confirm that they would actually appear. The traffic was heavy, they were calm and skilled. We could focus on scenery, no sweat, arriving early, with time to spare. They offered additional courtesy services and responded to any text or email questions quickly. Fantastic service! Less than half the cost of renting a car, without the many efforts of that process. I would recommend that anyone needing transportation from the Dallas/Fort Worth airport to STAY AWAY from this company. I booked transportation from the DFW airport to the Gaylord Texan Resort--a 7 mile trip. The driver had NO CLUE where she was going! After nearly 40 minutes and seeing signs to ENTER the airport I had to get my phone out and tell her where to go. THEN today our flight from DFW to Indianapolis was canceled by the airlines. When I called the airlines to get another flight we (9 of us) had to leave the Gaylord property immediately in order to get to DFW in time to get our bags checked. I notified Texas Shuttle I needed to cancel our transportation and was told I would still be charged the FULL PRICE since it was not 48 hours prior. I will NEVER use this company again and would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to look elsewhere!!! read more

Awesome customer service. From making reservations with friendly staff to the professional and courteous drivers.

Texas Shuttle was wonderful about twice rescheduling my shuttle ride from Love Field based upon snow and ice/flight cancellation. The Website doesn't allow for a planning price or even a price range without completely filling out the itinerary and providing personal information. I am EXTREMELY upset with Texas Shuttle!!! Specifically with Amanda who was handling our booking for yesterday morning. I booked online on Feb 23rd for a ride the next morning at 4am to the airport, which was only 3 miles away. We were already stressed out and stranded in Dallas due to cancelled flights, and I was willing to pay the $200 for a 5 minute ride to ensure peace of mind that my large family would make it to the airport together and make our flight. I have 4 kids, ages 10, 8, 2 and 1. (feeling stressed for me?) Well, you can imagine that I was seeing red when we were downstairs in the lobby of our hotel, at EXACTLY our scheduled pickup time, and I discovered that my ride had been CANCELLED. Amanda had texted my phone 10 minutes prior to see if we were ready early, and I had not answered at that time because we were busy hauling our bags and 4 kids down to the lobby trying to be quiet. So she just cancelled our ride!!! I've never heard of a shuttle company cancelling rides before the scheduled pickup time! I tried to have Amanda send the shuttle anyway, but she became unresponsive and stopped answering my texts and blocked my phone calls. Because of this, we had to SCRAMBLE to order two lyft rides, which dropped us off at different places in the terminal, and we wasted time waiting for the rides, and getting to each other at the airport. We ended up only just BARELY making our flight, arriving only 5 minutes before boarding. *WARNING PLEASE READ* This company use to be great, but is now the worst transportation provider in DFW. Their driver arrived 20 minutes late. The car he arrived in looked nothing like the autos the company boasts about on their website. This car was a small compact that had accident damage. It was dirty and made a loud consistent roar for the duration of my transport. He told me he was a Lift driver and just moments earlier answered the request for my transport to the airport through the Lift app. On the Texas Shuttle website, they brag about the background checks and "high standards" they have for their drivers. Yet, when they don't have a driver available, rather than informing me so I can contact Uber and pick out the auto that suits my needs, they keep my money and send the cheapest choice on Lift. When I got to the airport, I tried calling Texas Shuttle several times. Their phone was never answered. Their website gave an email address link for driver comments. However, when I sent an email via the link, I received a reply stating "we don't take reservations online". This company is making fraudulent statements by all of their claims on its website. read more

I hired Texas Shuttle for an important corporate outing with 30 key clients. Texas Shuttle was wonderful to work with! I received courteous and helpful customer service during the booking process and the drivers, Bruce and Russell, were awesome. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had booked a ride to DFW Airport 2 months before my flight and received a confirmation. I thought everything was all set. However, at the pick up time - 2:30am on the morning of my flight I received a call that the driver cancelled and they had NO back up driver. They could not book a Lyft either. None were available. I was left stranded. While they offered a refund, it was not enough to compensate me for my trouble of being stranded and not able to get to the airport on time. Do yourself a favor when you book any limo service and make sure that they have back up drivers and cars on their own staff/company at all hours and don't rely on Lyft as their backup plan. I will never use this company again. read more
