We used Texas Shuttle to get us to the airport from home and back home from the airport after traveling to Alaska. The communication from Texas Shuttle was excellent. We got an email the day before with the name of our driver and his cell phone number. On the day of travel, both drivers were early and texted us as soon as they arrived. We enjoyed friendly conversation with both drivers. They were competitively priced and I liked that I could book the ride ahead of time. We will use them again. read more

Booked this shuttle with a car seat from Arlington to Airport 24 hours prior to needing transport. Booking was easy and I did receive a text and confirmation email. Our pick up time from hotel was at 2pm and at 1:53pm got a cancelation text from The company. Needing a car seat shuttle, 5 passenger vehicle and luggage was difficult to come up with alternative transport. It was very stressful. The operator didn't care if we missed our flight. Give this service a THUMBS DOWN. Very disappointed in the service from Super Shuttle Black car. We made our reservations over a month in advance. On our 7 AM pickup day, they notified us about an hour in advance that they were short on drivers and would not pick us up on time. We responded that we required service, and they finally found a driver who picked us up about 30 minutes late. On the morning we were flying back to Dallas we were notified that because it was Mother's Day, they had no drivers, had cancelled our reservation and would refund our money in 4 to 10 days. While the driver picked me up on time, I was extremely concerned to learn during the ride that the vehicle had recently been in an accident. The car was making a loud noise and had the check engine light on the entire time. I had my child with me, so I found it unacceptable that a vehicle in that condition would be dispatched, especially with no regard for passenger safety. I emailed the company twice about this and never received any response. Additionally, I had booked a ride the night before for an 8:45 AM pickup, and it was canceled right before the scheduled time. TL;DR Don't trust these liars. They'll claim you can get a refund if you cancel but then they pull all this shady stuff to get out of giving you your money back. Whole story: I mistakenly booked a car for Tuesday instead of Monday. I discovered this Monday when I was waiting for them to pick me up. Understandably, they were going to add $20 charge to come get me right away. Initially I said okay. Then I realized taking an Uber would be cheaper at that point, when you factored in the extra charge. I called back literally about 2 minutes later and spoke to the same woman. I asked her "since my original booking was for tomorrow, if I cancel right now will I get my money back? Because if I'm not going to get a refund I won't cancel and I'll keep the booking." She assured me that I would get a refund. The first shady part is that although the agent assured me my reservation was canceled, she didn't tell me that they also send an email that you must answer in less than 24 hours or they won't give you a refund. And it's not considered canceled unless you answer the email. That has to be one of the shadiest things I've ever heard of. Have you ever heard of having to confirm by email after canceling by talking to a human? I haven't. They know darn well people are traveling and are likely to not see it in time. It felt like a deliberately sneaky way to try to get out of giving refunds. I responded maybe 12 hours later and told him that the customer service agent assured me that I would get a refund, as my reservation was for Tuesday and it was 24 hours away. I told him, that was why I canceled. Because of her reassurance. He said that because she had moved my appointment to Monday in the computer when I thought I was going to have them come get me last minute, that I was actually emailing too late. He claimed that *technically* my appointment was for Monday in the computer. No consideration of the situation at all. It didn't matter that it was in the computer as being on Monday for maybe before I canceled it. Or that his own customer service agent told me I would get a refund. I asked him what he had to say about his customer service agent lying to me about my reservation truly being canceled, and about me getting a refund. Unsurprisingly he didn't respond. There's several other shuttle services in the DFW area. I suggest going with someone else. read more

Company sent an email 51 minutes before pick up to say they were cancelling our reservation because they didn't have a driver. We had to scramble to get transportation to the airport at the last minute. Requested full refund that day. It took 21 days, numerous emails, and contested credit charge to receive the refund. I went to my nephews wedding in Poolville, Texas on April 20th and came back April 24th. I did not want to rent a car it would have been same price as Texas Shuttle. It was a good ride to from and the 2 drivers were hospitable and nice and talked. It was 60 miles each way. Ok! I left my Maui Jim sunglasses in the back seat of their white suburban and I did not know it until later. The driver eventually found them and gave me his number and he had mine. He sent me a picture of my glasses and I sent great! I will pay for them to be sent back. Cost is between 10 -15 dollars. The driver said he would send them on a Monday and I was waiting to hear where to send the money however he never got back with me. I waited and I texted him once again and he says to me whatever you want to sent. What????? What does that mean.? I told him take them to the company and have them ship the glasses back. No response. He kept on saying he was sick and would do it. Nope, so I called the company ands talked to someone and the person says she will relay it to the dispatcher. This was Friday the 15th of May. Another week has gone by and I have never heard from anyone. SO BEWARE OF LEAVING ITEM IN THEIR CARS OR WHOMEVER OWNS THOSE CARS. YOU WILL NOT GET BACK YOUR ITEMS OR ITEMS. She was not meeting the passengers where all drivers are meeting, she told me to be quiet and do not talk in her car in an abrupt manner. I made a reservation online. Then I called to make double sure they would be there and I would get a call 30 min ahead to confirm. (I didn't want to miss my flight.) They were very nice on the phone and assured me they would be there. Well, they were not there. And I never got a call. And they farmed me out to Lyft. And nobody there early in the morning to take my call. So, strongly recommend you avoid. Unreliable and untrustworthy. read more

I booked and paid for rides to and from DFW. On the pickup ride to DFW the driver arrived on time and I was transported to DFW with no problems. Later in the following days I looked at my credit card statement I saw an additional charge to my credit card and I thought what happened? Turns out I was charged a cleaning fee which I consider ridiculous. Texas Shuttle claimed that I urinated in the back seat and that I was responsible and tacked on a cleaning charge of $125. I did not urinate in or damage that vehicle in any way. I have emailed management as per their instructions but have as yet to receive a credit to my card for this erroneous and ridiculous charge. If this the type of people that Texas Shuttle employs and if this is the way Texas Shuttle does business I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They aren't to be trusted. read more

Reserved 2 vans for 21 people from the airport to the hotel. They showed up with a car and a van and not enough seats. They unsafely transported minors because they did not have any other way to haul them even though the reservation was for 2 vans. Leaving the hotel to go back to the airport they were 2 hours late for the reservation because they overbooked themselves. They packed all 21 people into 1 van and transported them to the airport so they could make their flight. They refuse actively to refund the money that was prepaid as they "have already paid their driver." We will potentially be pursuing BBB and legal action should the issue not be remedied. read more

We used Drivers in the past with no problems for our family. However, Julious - a driver they have was rude; never showed up and we have demanded our money back. We paid for 6 people/6 luggage vehicle for pick up/drop off. We received a small vehicle & had to put luggage on our laps. Upon our trip return - Never showed up for return pickup (late, hung up on us and demanded we not call the Office). Terrible customer service and did not give me what I paid for. Scheduled them for a roundtrip to the airport for 5 people with luggage. The trip there was fine but the trip home, they sent a car that could only carry 3 people instead of the VAN/Towncar that I had reserved and paid for. In their booking email, they note that if you dispute a charge with your credit card company they automatically send you to collections. Now I understand why. They cancelled on me last minute (apparently the driver got a flat 3 DAYS BEFORE, and they couldn't figure out how to fix the tire, send a different car, or notify me in advance). There is no one you can call to talk to about this. When they cancelled they said they'd refund me. 2 months later they still haven't. I reported this fraud to my credit card company. About two weeks ago, I did a web search looking for a local company to take my 91 year old father to the airport. I found this company and the reviews sounded good so I scheduled a 6 am pick up. I received an email at 11:49 pm stating the reservation was canceled. Did not see the email because I was asleep like a normal person. We had to scramble to get him to the airport on time. I recently had back surgery and was unable to drive to DFW to pick my husband up from the airport, so we contacted and reserved a ride with Texas Shuttle. from the request to pick up to drop off we could not be happier with the service we received. The driver was prompt and had great communication at pick up, it was Christmas Eve Eve, so we were a bit worried about traffic at the airport.... but no worries Mr. James was fantastic. My husband said he was so pleasant and kind and the ride was comfortable and stress free. I am not one to write a poor review, in fact. I am against it because I believe it's bad Karma. But in this instance I must provide a warning to future customers seeking transportation in Texas or Arizona. Don't use these guys. It doesn't matter how good the drivers are, they need to pick up their passengers first. Fortunately, my VIP passengers were all tech-savvy able bodied people who can order an Uber or jump in a cab last minute. I can't say the same for someone who is looking for a ride for their 87 year old grandmother at DFW whose transfer could be cancelled because "the driver had another pickup." To be short, I had 6 different scheduled reservations with this company and they managed to screw up almost all of them. If the upper management would like to hear more, please feel free to reach out to me, I have listed the following reservation numbers and the issues that occurred. I feel that this might be seen before the pointless customer review email is ever read. Also, I still have charges on my account for these non-pickups. Saturday, April 20th Reservation #NPNYW6 Reservation Details: 1 VIP pickup from DAL at 12:30pm $41.26 The passengers flight was diverted and delayed through the day. Dispatchers could not promise an on time pickup due to the change therefore I cancelled and my VIP performer had to pay and take a cab. Sunday, April 21st Reservation #7JFP61 $416.32 Reservation Details: 15 Pax - changed to 20 pax due to the complaints from Wednesday's transfer being too small. I was informed 3 vehicles would be dispatched (2 7 pax SUVs and 1 10 pax Shuttle/van) According to my passengers, ONE vehicle arrived 5 minutes late and the others claimed they would be there AROUND 1:00pm. This was an airport transfer and the group could potentially miss their flights. The present driver ALSO claimed he couldn't leave until the other transfers arrived. The remainder of the group ordered Ubers and left, arriving to DFW late. An update: While trying to cancel my failed transactions via email I have been informed "Unfortunately, you cancelled less than 4 hours before your pickup time, so you are not eligible for a refund." This service is absolutely horrendous! I cannot stress this enough! I had to come down to Texas for business, and I had hired them to pick me up from the airport, arriving and departing while I was down there. First driver we had was an absolute slob. The vehicle smelled like decomposing food, and other trash. The driver was listening to very explicit hip-hop with inappropriate lyrics. The driver was also speaking inappropriately in general, which was not professional. The driver's car was rickety and there seem to be a flat tire in the back that was very concerning especially while being on the highway. I was absolutely appalled, concerned, and disgusted with this driver. There is no way to speak to a person directly about any complaints with this company. They tell you to send them an email. They only refunded me a couple of dollars which was peanuts compared to what I paid. The driver who picked us up from the hotel, driving us back to the airport, their car reeked of cigarettes, and also their car seemed to be having problems with their transmission. I have had better service using Lyft and Uber then this piece of crap company. I complained about issues to them again and once again they gave me peanuts for they are unprofessional Service. I barely travel to Texas, so luckily I won't be having to deal with them again. A warning to anybody who wants good transportation definitely go with another service and don't choose them! enjoyed a chatty ride from tyler to dfw with dan. the good: he arrived promptly, and very kindly went out of his way to assist me with my bags (including getting me a trolleycart at the airport!) at the start and finish of the ride. calling customer service to confirm my ride the night before was also a breeze. based on the reviews, it looks like i got lucky that my ride wasnt cancelled. the less great: hidden fees (city fee, tax, mandatory tip, 48 hour booking), added an additional $80 i wasnt expecting to an already expensive ride. read more
