The arrangements were easy to make and the communication via email & phone was superb. We were picked up at my sister's home. Our chauffeur Michael, was very prompt, courteous, and engaging. He took us to our hotel in Arlington. He gave us tips and tricks about the area surrounding the hotel and the AT&T stadium. He recommended a place for us to wine and dine prior to the show. We took his advice and it was great! He even checked on us DURING the show. He picked us up promptly after, and delivered us safely back to our hotel. The car provided was a nice luxury SUV. It was in pristine condition. It was stocked with bottled water, mints, kleenex... all of the things that one wound expect. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again for future events. This was a wonderful experience.

On our 7 AM pickup day, they notified us about an hour in advance that they were short on drivers and would not pick us up on time. We responded that we required service, and they finally found a driver who picked us up about 30 minutes late. On the morning we were flying back to Dallas we were notified that because it was Mother's Day, they had no drivers, had cancelled our reservation and would refund our money in 4 to 10 days. This left us searching for another way home at 2 AM.

He was very friendly and courteous. I will never use anyone else when traveling to Dallas Texas. If you want reliable shuttle service choose Prime! NEVER use Texas Shuttle if you need someone to show up! I booked a month ahead of time for both my son and myself. We were flying into different airports. I received a message the night before that they couldn't pick me up. My son received his cancellation message while on his flight. Leaving people stranded is not good business for a shuttle company. I can't tell you how much stress this caused with last minute travel plans. I honestly don't know how they stay in business.
