The arrangements were easy to make and the communication via email & phone was superb. We were picked up at my sister's home. Our chauffeur Michael, was very prompt, courteous, and engaging. He took us to our hotel in Arlington. He gave us tips and tricks about the area surrounding the hotel and the AT&T stadium. He recommended a place for us to wine and dine prior to the show. We took his advice and it was great! He even checked on us DURING the show. He picked us up promptly after, and delivered us safely back to our hotel. The car provided was a nice luxury SUV. It was in pristine condition. It was stocked with bottled water, mints, kleenex... all of the things that one wound expect. I highly recommend this company. Called this company to inquire about transportation to DFW. A gentleman answered, "Hi. How can I…read morehelp you?" No identification as to the company I just called. For all I know this was some dealer who was trying to remain anonymous. After I established that I had, in fact, reach Dallas Town Car I asked him about transportation to DFW. This guy was totally clueless as to how to conduct a client engagement since he was also carrying on a side conversation with a buddy of his. I told him that he obviously was having trouble paying attention and hung up. Whoever owns and runs this business needs to pay attention to detail regarding who they charge with answering the phones and fielding calls. It seems as if the new normal is to get workers with the attention spam of a chipmunk and the language skills of someone fresh in from Juarez. I am going to give my business to a company with people who KNOW how to deal with the public, speak English and understand that treating EVERY potential customer politely is paramount. This is simple blocking and tackling. Obviously DTC doesn't get that. So, adios and my dollars are going to another firm.
