Poor customer service. They damaged my airplane and I asked how they could do this and Scott who seemed as if he was in charge, told me that he has not been there that long but this happens all the time. I said to him "What?" And he tells me without any prodding that I'm number 11 that he has heard about this year. Shameful for an employee to say things like that. read more

Cannot say enough about this FBO! They have Mercedes Benz as their courtesy car and they are super clean! Their restrooms and amenities are top notch. The staff is amazing, kind, and very professional. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Unbeknownst to me at the time, I was getting engaged that night and the staff knew prior. They went above and beyond for my fiancé on our special evening. Would recommend everyone fly in here! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this FBO. Everything screams luxury from the moment you roll up. I flew in a Piper Archer and was treated like royalty. Mercedes Benz Crew Car, fast turn, friendly concierge staff. The gas is expensive but you have to remember you are in the metro. If you buy fuel, they waive all other fees. Absolute disaster - oversold capacity of plane - disregarded requests of service to manipulate situation (aka they lied) after booking - made aware of unavailable seat advertised on website 48 hours before trip booked multiple weeks in advance so I had no time to rebook elsewhere - flight attendant not certified so they couldn't use the jumpseat (this saves them training dollars) - it makes you wonder where else are they are cutting corners? As a plane owner who also charters, I would avoid this charter/management company. read more
