They were knowledgeable and had experience working in the area where the party was hosted and they also work with many different types of businesses and building types so it made the process very smooth and easy. I sent out a survey to the guests after the party and this is a quote from one of them in response to what they liked about the party: "The food, drinks, conversation, and fabulous Valet that kept us all dry."

The first was a charge mysteriously labeled STC which was a charge to cover their insurance(according to their accounting department). The next charge was a "account service charge" which their accounting department told me covered their gas. The first charge was over $13, and the second charge was over $15. Their accounting department told me that these charges are added to every fair. The combine charges increase the fair by Approximately 40%. I may use them again, but I will not go by the fairs listed on their website. Next time, I'll be more careful and ask them to tell me what they're going to charge me in advance. I am blind and need drivers often. This type of behavior is very upsetting.
