Mr. Dave Erdman and the ESC team provided impeccable dedicated service from the first booking call until the last passenger disembarked after the final dance! Ours was a day-long multiple trip event which required various wedding parties to arrive at The French Farmhouse Venue at various times throughout the day. From a hotel some 40 minutes away, chauffeurs Gershon and Curtis acted as courteous English Gentlemen. Gershon served the early trips, loading the bride, her attendants and all things Bridal for the 800am delivery and then returned for the groom and his guys (and a few cases of adult beverages, I think) for the 12pm delivery, all with a gracious demeanor and attitude of service. At 3:00, ECS chauffeur Curtis arrived on time and graciously welcomed the plus-ones and other guests playing a role in the wedding event for a 4:15 delivery and a 10pm return. I have used the ECS limousine service several times, the latest being a night out on the town for me and my wife, for her birthday. We were picked up right on time (actually they were a little early) and the limousine was very clean and was nice to ride in. We were very happy with the driver, he was able to get around the city well especially with all the traffic. He knew the area very well and was able to get us to the restaurant right on time. Excellent alternative form of transportion over a shuttle or cab if you are in Dallas. The driver was there to meet me in the baggage area with a nicely printed name card and the vehicle also had a placard with my Jane Doe. The black Lincoln Town car I rode solo in was very spacious, clean, and comfortable but I kept thinking about the gas being wasted and the added pollution as 160 attendees of the conference I attended all got the same VIP service. So I was very happy I carpooled in the SUV with 4 other passengers on the return trip to the airport. Bag service and water or soda offered en route, not too shabby to feel like an exec for a sec. Price wise, there is a base rate that they add charges to based on number of passengers and number of stops, it costed about 125 to take 5 passengers between Frisco and Dallas which isn't too bad compared to renting cars or taxis. I recently took a trip to Mexico and needed transportation to and from my house so I didn't have to leave my car parked at the airport for over a week. I chose ECS because they had pretty good prices and I could easily set up a profile and make reservations online. My first ride (from my house to the airport) was interesting. Our driver was on time, so that was a plus. I think the driver was attempting to fall asleep because he hit the rumble stripes on the freeway and the lane divider bumps a few too many times for my liking. My companion kept engaging our driver in conversation and the driving seemed to improve. We arrived at the airport in one piece and on time. On the trip from the airport to my house, we opted for the courtesy greeting at baggage claim and that worked out perfectly! It was a very busy flight, and it was late at night, so having the driver meet us at baggage claim and grab our luggage for us was awesome. Honestly, I was so tired from our trip that I fell asleep on the ride home, but I remember pleasantly waking to, "Ma'am, we've arrived". :) ECS is very comparable in price to getting a private SuperShuttle and cheaper than taking a cab in most areas, so if you don't like to share rides with other people (like me) I would highly recommend ECS! read more

I hired a bus for an event in FL and I did not have a good experience at all. First, the driver was late to pick up. And when I say late, I mean over 40 minutes late. Driver called me several times saying he didn't know where the address was (even though I had provided it days before, and it was a regular, not out of the way location). Given that we were paying by the hour at a venue and paying by the hour to many vendors, the fact that he was late was an actual loss of money. Then he intended to drop off guests at a wrong location. When they said that that was not the place they were going, he said "well, there's no other place around here that could be" (?) and after everyone insisted, he searched (and found, of course) the actual place at the actual address. We agreed that he'd be there for the way back at a certain time. he was late again and didn't show up until we called him. On the way back, he got lost (again, we had provided the address days before), he drove in circles for an hour, until a guest sat down with him on the front seat and gave directions turn by turn. To top everything, at first they charged my card 50% more that we had agreed upon "because it took longer". After explaining that it took longer cause of everything that I already explained and going back and fort with the accounting person, I finally got a refund and paid the original amount. However, that doesn't change the fact that I paid for on time service and I didn't get. I wouldn't use them again. read more

I just recently used them to get to DFW airport. I chose this company because it was an early morning flight (pick up at 4:30am) and I was worried about just any taxi service. The driver was exactly on time and very friendly. The drive was smooth and comfortable. The price was a little high but it was nice that everything was taken care of through the reservation so that I did not have to worry about paying once at the airport. The tip was figured into the price already which to begin with I did not like, but the driver deserved what they gave him which was I believe 18%. We have used this company many times when my family travels for a long period of time and don't want to leave our car at the Airport. They are always on time, helpful and we love the Meet and Greet service, where they help with bags. They have great customer service as well. Once my credit card didn't work and they e-mailed me and it was fixed fast with no issues. Price is reasonable, just a few dollars more than a cab in Dallas. 0 STARS!!! The service here was APPALLINGLY horrific. We used this group to transport my sister's wedding party from the ceremony to the reception and TERRY was our driver. Where do I even begin. The ride started off poorly when Terry refused to get closer so my sister wouldn't have to walk as far in the pouring down rain. After 10 minutes of arguing with Terry, he finally pulled closer, audibly grumbling the entire time. Then I request to play music (after all, it is a party bus). He says he can turn the radio on. When I ask if there is anyway he can hook up my phone, Terry mumbled "I don't know, I just got the bus." Im sorry.... I thought you were supposed to train your drivers before you let them drive??? Once we get to the reception, he refuses to pull up the driveway and under the awning, because "The bus wont fit." Even though at leas 20 people were under the awning assuring him the bus would fit, he still refused. It's as if he enjoyed being difficult. Finally, I asked him if he wont pull under the awning will he at least pull up the driveway so my sister wont have to walk all the way up in her SILK WEDDING DRESS. His response? "No, I don't want to have to back out". THEN WHY ARE YOU DRIVING A FREAKING BUS. So sad that we had to deal with this on what was supposed to be the happiest day of my sister's life. When I called the next week to make a complaint, the woman I spoke with said that they talked to the driver and the driver told her he wouldn't pull up because the valet told him he couldn't??????? This never happened, as I was there the entire time and the valet was motioning for him to DRIVE UP THE DRIVEWAY! Not only are ECS Transportation Group's employees flat out rude and lazy, they're dishonest too! The woman I spoke with, Eva, assured me that the owner would call me the next day, between 10-11. After waiting around without receiving any call, I decide to call again at 12. Apparently, Joanna, the owner, was still not in her office and I was sent to her voicemail. Have I heard anything back yet? Of course not! I shouldn't be surprised by this because of how horrific the service was, but seriously?? Do yourself a favor and find another place to get your transportation. Oh, and Terry??? Do us all a favor and get out of the service industry before you ruin someone else's big day. read more

We have used this service several times - twice for transportation to and from DFW (awesome - the driver did a great job helping me with all of my bags which included a carseat, golfclubs, and several suitcases/carryons) and my husband arranged a limo one night for a special date night for us in downtown Dallas. I would not recommend this company at all but if you do choose them watch that they do not overcharge you like they did me. I booked a 3 hour small bus shuttle service for my convention and they continued to run the shuttle past the 3 hours I had agreed to without contacting me first for approval and consequently ran up another 4 hours in charges and just charged it on my card. read more

I was turning off a busy street into a parking lot with that was one way only- the way I was going- when one of your busses went hauling -- seriously-- speeding--down the wrong way of a parking lot, literally not slowing down and forcing me off to have to back up onto the busy street leaving not only myself, and my passengers in harms way, but also all the other cars around me. The driver expressed no apology, no wave, and still didn't slow down. She came within inches of hitting my car and continued speeding through the lot. By the grace of God, no one was injured- but she clearly couldn't have cared less about the safety of anyone around her. I can't even understand how a company could hire a driver whose whole purpose is to be a safe driver. I am completely upset over this. FYI- this driver was driving a van with the license plate ECS404 in dallas- through a parking lot- at Royal and Preston at 6:40/ on June 12. I am writing the date and time because a customer service response would be lovely and appreciated, but after witnessing the driver today- anything that would be considered decent, such as a response and follow up is not expected.
