I was going to Florida. He messaged me back IMMEDIATELY and said yes! I will do it! Ok, I gave him all the dates, times addresses etc. He messaged me at least 25 times for the info I PROVIDED TO HIM ALREADY! THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG IMMEDIATELY! But. I digress. He messaged me 2 days BEFORE I WAS TO LEAVE, AND DEMANDED ALL THIS EXTRA money! I told him clearly, this was already discussed at length! I had already pd close to $8,000. Plus for his flights to and from Florida! I would have LOST everything should I of canceled. To find someone at the very last minute like that would have been IMPOSSIBLE! First of all, I don't think I've ever dealt with more courteous and accommodating people in my life. Even though we had to change the arrangements several times, even up to the last minute, they were super polite and took care of everything without any distress on my part.. The car was beautiful, unbelievably clean and extremely comfortable. The driver Ron was very friendly. He took the time to individually walk every person with an umbrella through the pouring rain from the car to the hotel entrance and helped out with getting the things that we needed for our big meeting safely inside. One of women left their phone in the car and Ron went out of his way to track us down and get it to her. He was ready and waiting for us when it was time to leave and once again he helped us get all of our many things back in the car for the return. He even made 2 unscheduled pit-stops for us on the way home for snacks and a bathroom break. The rates were very fair and there were no "surprise extra charges" from them, which has happened to me with other limousine companies in the past. I will definitely use Black Crown Limousine from now on and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great limo and car service company.

I guess one of the largest complaints people have about Limo services is they are not timely or flat out no-show on you. My associates rave about their prompt and consistent service - kudos to AmeriCar Limo! I will spread the word and definitely use your services again! Thank you!
