Unfortunately there is no "zero" star rating. I travel a lot, and last week the driver was supposed to pick me up at DFW. He was a no show. I had to wait 20 min for an Uber. Tonight, I call the driver for AJL and he tells me he's not the driver and doesn't know who is. There's an AJL driver at the baggage claim with a sign, but it's not my name. I ask the driver for the dispatch ph number and call them myself. Turns out It was HER the whole time, but she had the wrong name and wrong address. Why should I pay these clowns $180 when Uber is $80? Answer: I shouldn't. And neither should you. read more

I used AJL International twice in one week while in the Plano, TX area June 2023. Both times were the mini-busses. The service was excellent. They arrived early to pick us up and took us to our destinations and waited for us while we did our tours. Then took us back to our hotel. They had cold water for us on the bus on very hot days in Dallas. The drivers were kind and courteous. I highly recommend this company! read more

No matter how detailed you are or specific, this office will find a way to mess something up. I've had numerous issues with their drivers going to the wrong place in the wrong town. When emailing to request details or make a change, nobody will ever respond. The emails simply go ignored, even though there's an auto reply saying we've received your message. When finally getting a call from them, the agent was quick to fire back when complaints were made. What's the point of complaining if you're going to get defensive? Some business have a thing where "the customer is always right" and than you tell them they're wrong nicely. This is not that business. They are always right and the customer is wrong. I asked the owner to call me back but his bodyguard employees are making it worse by avoiding him. Rest assured I'll take my valuable business elsewhere. Somewhere where the business is appreciated and taken care of with love. AJL just doesn't meet basic demands and is not worth giving another shot. read more

As part of a conference/event planning team, I was tasked this year to handle our all-inclusive registrations detailing both hotel reservations and ground transportation. After researching all options and vetting previous corporate/association clients of similar size and scope, we moved forward to contract. We booked approximately 200 transfers and not one single ride was missed in and out of DFW and Love Field! Working with Erley Jackson was a delightful experience and we wish to thank George, Candy, Mark and all the others in dispatch who kept an eye on airport security, traffic and more helping us to bump rides when needed as information became available. I thought I would have to be outside the hotel at our pick-up point moving vehicles up during peak travel and after watching seamless connections, I went back inside to our onsite office and began other productive work! We also chartered a smaller motor coach to take our VIP's over to AT&T Stadium for a VIP back of the scenes tour. We asked if the bus came equipped with a cooler and PA system, and they confirmed it did. They filled the cooler with ice for us pre-pick-up so all we had to do was drop in our beverages for our guests on board. Followed all instructions with drop off and pick-up onsite and property staging of vehicle. The bus was immaculate as were all the cars utilized. Stellar service, easy communication and nothing but a 5-star rating with vehicles, drivers, support staff and always so cheerful and courteous! We use AJL International every time we need a limo, private driver, or airport transfer. Every vehicle we've been in has been beautiful, modern and immaculately clean. This limo is what you see most often outside of The W while walking into the AAC. Last night, we took our office group in the 23 passenger van. Gorgeous bus, swanky leather seats, very impressive. The driver, Robin, was great. He really played the part.......well dressed, handsome, well spoken and professional. AJL is really the best limo service around. (Some drivers are better than others, so ask for Robin when you call to book.) read more

Our driver, Red, a 70 year old woman was great. The bus was beautiful and sparkling clean. Our senior center used this service to go on a blue bonnet tour to Ennis last week. My complaints about this bus are as follows. The seats were small, like airplane seats, and the rows were too close together. The seats in my row didn't recline, but the row in front of mine did recline. That didn't leave me hardly any room when the people in front of me reclined their seats. I couldn't even stand up to get out of my seat when the seat in front was reclined. I think every other row was like that near the back of the bus. Several of us seniors couldn't get the seat belts around us. We might be a little overweight, but not that much! (No trouble with seat belts in cars.). This resulted in us having to take the whole day trip without wearing our seat belts. Also, the ride was extremely rough from the rear axle back. No bathroom in the bus. read more

We utilized AJL bus company for services from Dallas out to Arlington for a Cowboys game. We prepaid the company for a parking pass. In addition, we had a grill that we wanted to take with us to use during our tailgate. We called the company ahead of time and received confirmation that it would fit on the bus and that we would be allowed to transport it on the bus to the tailgate. Upon arriving, our bus driver immediately advised we would not be allowed to take the grill (that we had rented specifically for the weekend) with us. As we got closer to the stadium, he also admitted that he had "forgotten" to purchase the bus pass with the money we had prepaid. He stated the lot was full and that we would have to find somewhere else to park. We proceeded to drive around the stadium for no less than 2 hours. Finally, someone on the bus purchased a bus pass from his own money from the lot the driver had said was full. After MUCH arguing, he finally agreed to drive us back to the lot. On top of all of this, the driver's attitude was absolutely terrible. He was extremely rude to the entire party, and condescending with every word he spoke. It was an absolute terrible experience and I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. Ever. read more

On top of all this, it took everything I had to not punch the guy when he was directly starring my wife down like she was a piece of meat.
