We decided to come here based on the numerous visits from my son and his approval of the restaurant. We got here on Sunday evening at around 5 pm and it was full, but we only waited for a few minutes to get seated. Our server, Chandra, did a good job of making sure we were taken care of including bringing extra of the delicious rolls and butter they have for no extra cost. I ordered the chicken fried chicken....yes that seems odd, basically chicken fried steak but using chicken instead of beef. It was tasty and tender with a brown gravy topping it. I got two sides with it, steak fries and veggies. All for around $14 at the time of the visit. There are not a lot of Yelp reviews but I would recommend coming here.

I don't have super high standards for Texas Roadhouse in general, but WOW, is this one bad. Let me be clear, I think of the average Texas Roadhouse as a 3 star type of location. 4 if they stand out. This is not a case of me giving 1 star because I don't like chain steakhouses, I just think THIS location is particularly dissatisfactory. Every single time I go, my steak is cooked incorrectly. Literally--every time. I order it medium, and it invariably comes out medium rare, medium well, or somehow a combination of both on one piece of meat. And I know it isn't just a fluke or me being overly picky, because they always wait around and immediately ask me to cut into my steak to check the doneness, which no other location has ever asked of me. Clearly, they've been having issues. They always take it back and attempt to correct it, but there's a 50/50 chance it is still wrong (sometimes worse than the first time) when I get it back. The manager comes by to check on us, and of course I'm unhappy, but what can they do? By this point, my chicken-eating partner is done, I'm about 8 rolls in, and I don't want to wait to see if they'll ruin a 3rd steak, so I say it's fine and we leave. Salad is hit or miss. Soggy or dry- it could be either, both, or neither. Just roll the dice. Appetizers, potato-based sides, and drinks are good. I mean they're fairly foolproof. There have also been several instances of the employees bickering with each other in front of us. Yelling, griping, someone running to the bathroom in tears, someone going from server to server whispering loudly "did you hear what happened?" It's entertaining to watch for sure, but boy is it unprofessional. In short, this place is an absolute train-wreck. Several of the servers are great. They should probably take their talents elsewhere. Several others are horrible, but that's par for the course. Managers are nice enough and attempt to be helpful, but at this point someone just needs to clean house and find a new back of house crew that can actually cook, or all other efforts will continue to be futile. P.S. If you've read this far and you're wondering why I went back multiple times... 1) Convenience 2) I receive $100s of dollars of chain restaurant gift cards when I donate blood. Steak and rolls or pasta and breadsticks? I choose the steak. P.P.S. Health inspection details are publicly viewable--exercise that ability before you eat here. They've corrected many of their issues, so it didn't actually impact the # of stars I gave in this review, but I do think it speaks to the overarching back of house issues they clearly have, and is worth making an informed decision if you are comfortable consuming food here or not.

Great dining experience here! They have a feature online that allows you to be added to the waitlist, so you can jump ahead of the line and start waiting while you're still on the way to the restaurant. Be sure to use it or make a reservation because on Saturday evening, it was packed! We couldn't even park in their lot because it was so full, we had to park at the mall. Be forewarned. Once we arrived, we only had to wait about 10 more mins and we were seated in a booth. They brought us delicious rolls and butter, and peanuts. Now they bring you a sealed bag of peanuts along with a bucket, so you don't have to litter all over the floor or you can just take the bag home with you for later. It's a much nicer setup than before. I was coming from a late lunch, so I ordered something light. The steakhouse filet salad, which usually comes with bleu cheese crumbles & dressing, was perfect. I asked for it with no bleu cheese and ranch dressing instead. My steak was cooked med rare like I asked, so it was great! As busy as it was, we never felt neglected by our waiter. He came back to check on us several times and was very nice.

We were by the mall and craving good meat! When that happens, Texas Roadhouse is the answer! I ordered the Prime Rib-Medium Rare with sautéed mushrooms and a side of mashed potatoes! Every bite is heaven! The flavors individually are amazing; put them all together and you have to close your eyes and deliberately tune out the world so you can focus on the party happening on your taste buds!!!!!! Yummy The staff is consistently good and the atmosphere is casual, clean, and fun! A great place to enjoy time with friends! Looking forward to our next meat craving by the Mall! Most Sincerely!

Absolutely Nothing compares to the fresh rolls and butter from Texas Roadhouse. I also enjoyed a 6oz sirloin that was cooked to perfection. The staff here were very friendly and attentive. Our waiters name was Brian and he was absolutely wonderful!!

Texas Roadhouse is always a great value for what you get, and what I love most is the consistency--no matter what location you visit, you can always expect the same fantastic experience. This was my first time at this particular location, and it absolutely did not disappoint. Kelci took excellent care of us! She made sure our drinks were always full and provided truly top-notch service throughout our meal. I ordered the Dallas Filet with a baked potato, and it was cooked to absolute perfection--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I've always loved their house salad served in a chilled bowl, and I especially appreciate that they include egg in the salad, which is something I personally enjoy. I usually get French dressing, but this location didn't have it, so I went with my second favorite, Italian, and it was still delicious. Hands down, Texas Roadhouse remains one of my favorite places to enjoy a steak dinner. Highly recommend!

On this occasion, my mom and I ended up splitting a massive steak. We split the 23oz Porter House, which, in my humble opinion, is the best cut of steak. With a piece of tenderloin and New York strip, you cannot go wrong. To top it off, this steak is cooked on the bone, so there is extra flavor and moisture as well. On this event, since we were not as hungry as we usually are. We ordered some potato skins, which were some of the best potato skins I have ever had. The only thing missing was some scallions; those would have added a nice onion flavor to the dish without overpowering it. Since we weren't extremely hungry, we only ordered one steak, two extra plates, and two Caesar salads (you've got to have your greens, after all). We enjoyed our time, and our server Chris was attentive and kind.

Took friends to celebrate! Arrived at 6pm on a Thursday seeing mass of people already there. Afraid of a long wait but we were seated right away. Yea. First time have been there and the experience was super. Waitress gave us time to peruse the menu. All of us picked steak! She was friendly and kept checking on us if we needed anything. Only hiccup was do not have Cheerwine where selected Dr. Pepper. Everyone was pleased with their steak selection. Nice touch that a Manager came around asking how was our experience? No issues at all. Amazing all the people there where no waits. Very pleased with service. This location has great setup with many booths. Not too noisy. An enjoyable experience.

Checked in online while on the way and it really worked out for us. Was told the wait for four people would have been 45 minutes. We talked in the parking lot for maybe 10 minutes before I received a text and we were seated. It was packed but our waiter still seemed to manage checking on us regularly and making sure we had everything we needed. Since it was so packed, it was a little bit on the louder side, but nothing too much to handle. The lighting is generally very low so if you need readers make sure you bring them or else you might have trouble seeing the menu. I got a ribeye and rib La combo with fries. The fries didn't seem to be seasoned at all, but were cooked well. Ribs were awesome, I loved the sauce and the cook on them. I ordered my steak medium rare, but it came out medium. Not the biggest deal but it could have been better. It's Texas Roadhouse though, if I told you I wasnt going to come back over this I would be lying

    Having Dinner with the Family

Family time at Texas Roadhouse. First of all we always come for the fresh made bread rolls. We just love the bread with the cinnamon butter. Even though the place was busy, service was still very good. Our server was very attentive constantly checking on us. Food came out pretty quick. And was actually not that bad. Love the decor' in the place. The only dislike was how loud it was and how busy the place gets. Great place for big groups.

Undercooked supposed to be medium well
    Miranda H.

My family and I dined at this location this past night for kids night. We've been regular customers and have generally had good experiences, but unfortunately, this visit fell short. Our server, Kalei (with reddish/blonde colored hair and glasses), was not as attentive as we expected. We requested a few simple items that were never brought to the table, and overall, the service felt inattentive. What made the experience particularly disappointing was overhearing her speaking in Spanish to other staff about us, referring to us as "needy," which was uncalled for especially considering our requests were minimal. I understand she may not have realized I couldn't understand the conversation, but it was still inappropriate. Even more concerning were parts of the conversation we overheard between her and another staff member. Topics included potentially working under the influence and inappropriate workplace behavior, including sexual activity during slow shifts with other staff. While I might typically brush this off, it was very uncomfortable to hear while dining with my family and children around. My ribeye was also unfortunately undercooked as well. I still tipped respectfully, but I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them appropriately. This kind of behavior affects the atmosphere and overall dining experience. Thank you.

When we first walked in, it was busy and we heard the hostess tell the couple in front of us they would need to wait over an hour for a table - Lucky for me my wife made reservations and we were seated immediately! It was a bit on the noisy side but not so bad we couldn't have a conversation. Our servers, Thomas, was fantastic start to finish with good recommendations, attentive service without being overbearing, and a great personality. Good staff make a business shine! We started with glasses of wine and were impressed with how generous they poured. Perhaps it was a visual illusion, but they felt like very large glasses of wine and made it feel like a very good value. They have a good selection of wines to choose from along with a full bar. Appetizer was the Crab Cake Egg Rolls, something I don't think I've seen anywhere else. They're cooked in Beef Tallow which gave a very savory flavor and crispy texture. They were a bit on the oily side but overall flavor was delicious, and I really liked the dipping sauce which was like a very herb-heavy tartar sauce. For entrees, my wife had the Filet and I had a New York Strip. I don't have the words to describe how delicious and perfectly prepared both of these were. I didn't even bother asking for steak sauce because the perfectly tender and seasoned steak didn't need it. Nobody wants to pay high prices for a steak and receive something low quality, and I was thrilled with the quality of the steaks here. Surrounding tables likewise had great looking meals and I overheard them voicing pleasure too. As sides go, the baked potatoes and salads were excellent too. I got the hot bacon vinegarette dressing and was surprised it was actually served quite hot. It had a really rich and slightly tangy flavor that was unique and I really enjoyed on my salad. I have no complaints here and will absolutely be back. Of course it's on the pricey end, but this is the type of establishment you reserve for a special night out, not your average Tuesday night. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed!

But the way they served it today, has my mouth watering. I ran to the review center to write this down before my main course even came. They had pickled onions on top- soft and slightly crisp and amazing. Super easy on the mouth. Then a large piece of bacon and a perfect onion ring on top. The bacon.... Idk what they did to that strip but it was sweet and perfectly salty- crisp and fall apart in your mouth tender. The best piece of bacon I've ever had and that's just the salad. The BLT salad is also good. The bread. I could write a sonnet about this bread. Today it was served hot- warm and soft on the inside, crispy on the outside- and a bit messy with the covering but so worth it. I would return here for the bread alone! The service is always pretty good. The drinks are hit or miss for me. I wish the wait staff had a bit more skill in ways of suggestion- they have an extensive menu of choices when it comes to kinds of gin and other things, but limited cocktails, and no suggestions on what to order beyond the already prepped cocktails. I've gotten a few poorly made drinks here before. But I definitely come here time and time again for the food! The bread is messy but absolutely worth every crumb that flies. Ask for extra butter. When it's hot? Divine. We split two meals, my husband got the bacon wrapped filet mignon and I got the wood grilled salmon. He got steak fries (meh for me but he loves them) I got the parm mashed potato's (delicious but could use some green herbs) and the port mushrooms. The port mushrooms are good, but they give you sooo much so I never am able to finish them. A side to share for sure. The plating could use some work, the presentations are plain, but it doesn't even matter once you take that first bite because holy smokes. They KNOW how to cook a salmon, and a steak. Both are so so good but that salmon is my absolute favorite. It's in my top five places to order salmon for sure. Amazing meal, will absolutely be back.
