Honestly, you always know what you're going to get with Texas Roadhouse. The reason for this review is because our waiter, Harrison, was so great he legit should be the one training people on customer service. Drinks were constantly refilled, he checked on us regularly, picked up dirty dishes once we finished them. I almost forgot we were at TX Roadhouse because the service was so good haha. I shared steak medallions with my friend (delish) and my hubby ordered prime rib (he loved it I don't understand the appeal) but let's be honest we only come here for the rolls!

My baby and I came here on an extremely busy Saturday night the parking lot was packed almost like it was a mall, I was expecting a 45 minute to an hour wait but when I got in the hostess said there was only a 10 to 15 minute wait! This was only my second time here but everyone raves about their complementary bread and cinnamon butter, I had to come back and see if it lived up to the hype. My baby demolished the bread lol. I had a card for a free appetizer so I got the cheese fries. They are huge I couldn't finish them they were just ok in my opinion. For my entree I got an 8 oz med steak with a baked potato and side Caesar salad. Everything was good however the waitress didn't mention the extra charge for the potato toppings which is a pet peeve of mine when dining out. If there is an up charge for anything it needs to be addressed at the time of ordering if you are suggesting that....... Also if you have little ones be careful if they are playing on the tablet on the table there is a charge for that as well, I had no clue about it so I let my waitress know and she told the manager and they took it off for me. Charging for those little games on the table is ridiculous. Overall it was a decent meal, the bread was definitely the best part.

The customer service is so good way better than In California. The food was good and so were the drinks. The inside was nice and packed but the customer service didn't miss a beat our waiter was busy but always came to check on us. One of the managers came to check on us and I always like that in a large busy place I think that's important. The inside had fresh cut steaks on display when u walk in. Very family oriented place.

The hamburgers? Frozen meat patties that tasted like they'd been excavated from the back of a 2019 freezer. My fish and chips came with fish that smelled like it had been on a week-long bender in a dumpster behind the pier. And the lobster ravioli? Let's just say the only thing "lobster" about it was the price tag. The pasta was sad, the filling was suspicious, and the whole thing felt like a culinary war crime. But hey, at least the ambience is great! Beautiful lighting, nice decor, perfect for pretending you're having a fancy night out... while quietly plotting your escape to literally any other restaurant. Oh, and don't worry about the shortcuts -- when they're done disappointing your taste buds, they'll hit you with a credit card fee for the privilege. Nothing says "we care about your experience" like charging you extra to leave poorer and hungrier than when you arrived. Save your money, your dignity, and your stomach. Go somewhere else to eat. Anywhere else. Even a gas station hot dog would've been an upgrade.

I did not get a steak, almost had a heart attack when I saw the prices. Upon reading the reviews, I'm glad now that I did not. They definitely have some work to do in that regard. I'll start with the decor. It is very basic, I think they were going for rustic, but it just looks plain and not like a high-end steakhouse at all. There is metal sheeting on the wall, lots of hanging bulbs that flickered the entire meal. Not sure if that is an electrical issue or what, but it was really strange. It was very warm inside, they had a little AC unit blowing in the corner, but we were all, sweating by the end of the meal. There was really no decor on the wall, being an interior designer. That is my first thing I'm going to observe and was really underwhelmed with their aesthetic choices. If it's a high-end steakhouse that they are looking for, they definitely need to rebrand and revise in my opinion. We were seated promptly and the server was friendly enough. The owner did stop by and welcome us, nice guy. I understand that they've been open for about six weeks and have made some changes based on client reviews, and yelp certainly had more negative reviews than Google I am seeing after the fact. I got the salmon for dinner, Caesar salad and asparagus for the side. The salmon was tasty enough, the asparagus was overcooked. My friend got the pecan crusted chicken, I tried a piece and it was really bland. She got a Caesar salad as well and a side of green beans. I would suggest offering a lower price steak option, reconfiguring the tables and putting in a stronger AC unit to facilitate the space and doing some thing about all of that glaring Sheetmetal. Add some decor and art, add some soundproofing, music and address the flickering lights. I'm hoping that they can tweak and become successful, the area definitely needs a high-end presence, and would probably pay it if the ambience and food warrants it. But my experience was only a 3 star currently, sad to say.

Atmosphere: 3/5 it's pretty basic, clean and simple but not high end steakhouse by any means. Service: 3/5 the service was good but not high end steakhouse good. Can't complain but probably on par with a top notch Texas Roadhouse vs a high end steakhouse that this wants to be. Food: Steak is what I am rating because that's what I came here for. We had 2 16oz ribeyes, one order medium rare and one rare. Both over cooked and worse was they are so thin it was pathetic for a real steak house. The meat was so under seasoned it had no flavor and it was so charred on the outside it was almost repulsive. Unfortunately Texas Roadhouse gets a 5/5 compared to this at 1/2 the cost. I talked to the owner in the way out and gave him my opinion. I hope he make a change soon, otherwise we will likely loose this dinner option soon. Oh also! The baked potato was so under cooked I could not eat it! And the Cesar salad was soggy. I might be back to try again, but as high end streak house prices for Golden Corral steaks (that might be better) I am not sure I will waste another $175 to update the review.

My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch slash early dinner and overall the experience just left us asking, do we not get it? The vibe is cool and the space itself is nice. We didn't do the golf bays, but they look like the main draw and I can see how that would be fun with the right group. From an atmosphere standpoint, no real complaints. Food is where things fell apart a bit. We both ordered the Local Burger and it was mid at best. The bun completely fell apart and the fries were soggy, which is always disappointing when you're paying for something that's clearly trying to present itself as elevated bar food. It is weird that the menu is so limited. Usually fine with that cause it makes the food that is there much better, but that didn't happen this time. Service didn't help much either. The servers were all in their early 20s and spent a good amount of time texting and loudly talking at the end of the bar. I honestly don't care about that as long as service is still attentive, but that part was missed. Drinks sat empty longer than they should have and it just felt disengaged. Overall, it feels like a place that's trying to be fancier than it actually is. The food doesn't justify the hype and I'm guessing the golf bays are what really make this place worth it. I might come back if a friend wanted to go, but it wouldn't be my pick.

Our waiter Ruben was probably the best server we've had in years. He told us about things on the menu and the restaurant and the services they offer. He was a guide without ever being pushy, he was always there with whatever we needed but was never hovering. Nice kid! I rarely talk to the managers unless something is seriously wrong. In this case I called Tom over to compliment how great the place is. We told him it was our first time in and that the only reason we hadn't been in before was it looked a bit expensive. He did mention they just came up with pick-a-pair for lunch at $14.95. Normally this means skimpy half-portions of stuff but not here. I was in the mood for bacon so I went for the BLT Salad & BLT Sandwich. The dressing was made in house and wonderfully garlicky without being overpowering. The tomatoes were juicy and flavorful, the bread was grilled to perfection, and even the arugula was delicious (and I hate arugula/rocket). My wife got the club with fruit salad as her side. Ruben said they cut the fruit daily. My wife doesn't like strawberries nor pineapple so I got bonus fruit on my salad. She only at half because Firebirds has a crème brûlée cheesecake and we had to split that. While we were there, a nearby table was celebrating and a bunch of waitstaff came out with shakers and martini glasses and poured everyone drinks. Fun and classy at the same time.
