Awesome food and customer service every visit. Sometime there is a wait but they get you in as soon as possible. The food is always cooked perfectly and the rolls are so good. Caesar Salads are one of the best sides in my opinion They go great with the steaks. Have a wide variety of sauces and seasonings. read more

We waited an hour and a half to be seated when we were only quoted an hour. No big deal, it was a Saturday night - I've worked in food&bev so I get it. Once we were seated, we were sat at a "closed table." After sitting at our table for over 45 minutes with no one talking to us, I finally flagged down the (very busy) manager, and she took care of us an assigned us a server. She bought us an appetizer and kept checking in on us to make sure we were taken care of. Our server was amazing after she apologized for being sat at a closed table. She went above and beyond, just as the manager did. I can tell the manager takes care of her staff and customers. We tipped very well to ensure she knew she was appreciated! read more

I have been to many Texas Roadhouses before and unfortunately, this one fell short of my expectations. Our server did not bring rolls so we had to ask another manager to bring them for us. The food was okay, however, my meal had a giant hair in it that was NOT mine. We notified our server and she apologized and took the side salad off the bill. This was an awful experience! I love Texas Roadhouse, and normally enjoy the good service and food. This was a completely different story... Upon our arrival we asked to be seated away from the bar, due to religious preferences, and the hostess laughed and smirked at us. But just wait... things went down hill quickly. After ordering drinks and our food, we waited at least an hour before getting the food. Not because they were busy, but because our waitress forgot to put our order in. New year's eve was quite busy. We waited for about 20 minutes to get a table. I ordered a NY strip steak and my buddy ordered the sirloin. It took about 20 minutes to get the food. My steak was cooked medium, the way I like it. The steak was juicy and flavorful. The sides, mashed potatoes and wild rice were pretty good as well. My buddy's steak apparently wasn't greatly to his liking as he said some parts were pretty tough and other parts were good. The service, despite being very busy, was good. After about a month, we ventured in again. This time with family from out of town. I had bragged on my favorite place in Pooler so they wanted to try it, even being hesitant from the last few visits, which were not great to say the least. I was completely floored when the manager remembered us from the last time. He was extremely nice, and hospitable, and took great care of us. The waiter was great, fast and friendly - Jona. The steaks must have been down graded due to the virus. Meat quality is not as good as last year. Took 3 bites of chewing gum and stopped. Took it home to my dog. DO NOT like the waiting outside in the rain & cold when there's a covered porch with heaters. We were not allowed on the porch with heaters. And this must be that last restaurant in the south not using salt/pepper shakes & ketchup in the bottle. It's a pain opening the to go packets. And I left my fries due to the packets. I'm writing this review basically for the customer service. Don't get me wrong, the food is awesome, but the customer service is spot on!!! I received my bank statement and upon review I noticed an issue with my recent transactions at this location. A phone call was made and the various managers jumped in to check out my concerns. About an hour after my initial call I received a call from the Store Manager who went over my transactions. In doing so I discovered that I was reading my statement wrong ( it happens to old people). I love Texas Roadhouse, but I will probably never return to this location. Tonight was my second experience at this location, and I sat at the bar with some friends. One of the bartenders seemed very helpful! Unfortunately we were being served by the other who seemed to not want to be there at all. All three of us tried to have steaks for dinner. I ordered my steak medium rare, and it was brought out completely well. There wasn't a speck of pink in that thing. It immediately was sent back. My friend's steak was also overdone but still edible. Her sides, however, came out incorrect and were never fixed. When the refire steak finally came out (the rest of my group had already finished their food and received boxes) it was burnt on the outside and barely edible. I tried to take a few bites, but it was so tough that I could barely choke it down. Even as I'm writing this, my stomach is urging me to just puke and get it out of my system (and no, I'm not just being over dramatic. It was really that bad!). At no point was a manager involved even though several times they walked up to the bar for various reasons without a glance in our direction. When the checks came, I was charged full price for the meal that I couldn't choke down and also charged for a sidekick (add on to a margarita) that I never received. This was my second (and probably last) visit to this location. My steak was over cooked both visits. On the first visit, it was quickly replaced, the manager came over to check the replacement, and everything ended up great. I came back to rave some more. Its been close to 2 years since my last review and I can confirm my feelings are still the same. The steaks at this place are ridiculous. I ordered a filet that was like butter to cut through. In fact I could've just ripped it with my fork if I needed to. It had a delicious, mild, juicy steak flavor. My husband ordered a ribeye which was juicy and full of delicious flavor. I'm craving more so I may be back soon! read more

I go 3 or 4 times a week, they have a very good variety of food and allow you to mix and match all combinations. They do give you a lot of food and usually many patrons take food home because of the size of the portions. They offer upon arrival the most delicious freshly baked bread with a special butter that is incredible. They have a broad array of beers on draft and bottled always have well chilled glasses as well as very cold beer. The have a broad array of margaritas and other drinks. In short, you leave full and content and the service is very good, they care about your leaving full and content. go and find out the great experience!!! read more

We always go to Texas Roadhouse every year when Christmas shopping. Last year and this year they would not try to accommodate us when seating our family. Yes, have 12. But we squeeze and make it work. Longhorns always accommodates us. They sat us 6 and 6 in two separate locations. Someone behind us got up to leave right after we sat down and they would not move our other party saying it wasn't a 6 top table. It is the same size table they sat us at. 6 of us. ??? They accommodated a larger party 3 booths behind us. So hypocritical. We will not be back. We love Longhorns anyway. And they are cheaper, better customer service, and better ribeyes! read more

I ordered the Country fried sirloin and my wife got the ribs. The ribs came out cold and the sirloin was chewey. We sent both back with not much better results. It seemed like they just put the ribs on a hot plate for a few minutes because the bottom was slightly warmer but the top was still cold. I think they just nuked my steak and threw more gravy on it because it was piping hot, but still chewey as heck. In addition, I got the steamed vegetables and my wife got the cheese fries as our sides. The cheese was cold and hard and my veggies were still raw. It is disappointing because we have been here several times before and the food has been much better. read more

I have been to many Texas Roadhouses all over the country and they are constantly great, except this one. I can say that they are constantly bad. The last three times I have been they always forget the salad and then bring it out after our meal is finished or half way through the meal. They run out of steak sauce and appetizers and their customer service has gone down hill. I wish they would bring back the old manager, things ran a lot smoother when she was there. read more
