We ate here on July 19, 2026 got seated right away. We sat at the bar our bartender and waitress here was Addie. She was fantastic. We got our food pretty quick. We ordered dessert when we got done eating. It took over 35 minutes to get a strawberry cheesecake we sat here and sat here and sat here and the time we got the strawberry cheesecake it really wasn't that cold. read more

Texas Roadhouse has always been our favorite chain steakhouse but the one in Murray Ky is certainly not up to par with others we visit regularly! Cactus Blossom was burned up, double pork chop order came out medium rare, when they took it back to finish cooking they dropped one on floor, brought me the other one but far too salty to eat..Service was poor as well and they certainly were not busy , I understand why!!! read more

He truly cares about his customers and he hires and trains his people to behave the same. The ambiance is great and food is delicious. My wife and I ate there yesterday. Her meal she said was great. My meal was 8oz sirloin, medium well, tasted like rubber, fries were cold and soggy, mac & cheese had been in the cup so long, that it was cold and hard on top, whatever small amount of cheese it had at one time, was all at the bottom of the cup. Service was very good, although too much on the upselling and pushing the Christmas gift cards. They must get a commission off of selling them. So, if you want a salad, filet medallions and green beans, probably a good place to go, if you want a sirloin, fries and mac & cheese, I would definitely go elsewhere. McDonalds 1/4 pounder and fries would be an improvement. Just for clarification, in case you think this is a kid letting off steam, I am 69 years old and eat out 4 or more times per week, somewhere, but it won`t be at Texas Roadhouse in Murray again, anytime soon. read more

What actually does being in the VIP Club Mean? Being a member of the VIP Club, I received an e-mail notification with a coded number. I would be eligible for a prize if I dined during a specified one-week period. Prizes included a TV or a year's worth of steaks. Everyone was to receive a prize. Wow! So my wife and I went and actually had a quite delicious lunch with excellent service at the Murray Kentucky location. So, what was my great prize? It was for a free non-alcoholic drink, like maybe a Dr. Pepper. So, is that what VIP membership is worth? At least it could have been for a free appetizer. I spent $61 on lunch for two with an automatic $10 tip added to that. The promotional certainly worked, but why do I have the feeling that I've been had? Is that what being a VIP feels like? So, great marketing strategy, but extremely poor planning and implementation. One less reason to recommend Texas Roadhouse. Why not automatically give everyone who spends over a certain amount, say $50, the free drink voucher. That would certainly engender better feelings. read more

Hopefully it is new site growing pains. Bottle beer and tap was cool, not cold and the manager argued that he checked the fridge. Apparently that trumps reality of non cold beer in his mind. Waitress said that everything with seasoning had gluten, but manager had a menu that said otherwise, including the kabobs that she asked about and waitress said it had gluten. Needs some education there I had the 24oz ribeye and wife had the filet. Both were supposed to be medium rare but were pretty blue not red. We ate them because we were tired of complaining and them not really caring. The filet tasted better than the ribeye which is unusual Fries were not fresh but baked potato was good So overall pretty bleak for a $95 check. But where else are you going to go here for steaks near campus I guess. They'll be ok by just existing read more

I Ted s, came here with high expectations since they had just recently opened. We walked in and sat down in the waiting room which we were then kicked out and off onto their "heated patio" like that made it any better. Luckily we had got onto they're waiting list and we invited inside ten minutes later. Their roles were stuck together and just to chewy. A lot of the waiters were new which I understand but it really showed, they were awkward and unwelcoming. Luckily for us our server Shellbi was extremely kind funny and just so much better than the rest of the staff. My burger bun was burned and it was just not good. Do NOT get the different lemonades they tasted like regular lemonade only with the taste of food coloring mixed in. I kept track of a small girl still waiting on the porch when we left, poor thing was freezing. My son and I ate here today, was best service we have had in a long time and perfectly cooked food. Server Sophia was amazing, as my son put it " she knows true southern hospitality ". She made it clear she wanted make sure we enjoyed our meal, and we did. Last Friday night went to eat dinner there! We both ordered prime rib! The prime rib comes out before the salad??? Is that something new??? Her piece of prime rib was not to bad, my piece was terrible was kinda in sections a very small piece of meat then a little bigger piece then a big chunk of fat!!!! Called the waitress and she had the manager come to the table and proceeded to tell me that is how it comes????? Looked at him and said no that is how it comes pointing to her steak! I'm not paying for a 14 oz steak that has at least 6ozs of fat! I'm 70 years old and have had more ribeye steaks than the kid has been on this planet!!!! I have never seen a steak that was as bad as that one was!!!! He takes it back and comes back with a different steak on a plate and nothing else??? No steak fry's no horse radish no ajus nothing but a steak!! I asked him where is the rest of my dinner??? By the time I got it steak was ice cold salad was not very good probably because by then I was so very disappointed with the steak the service and the trouble!!!! The Texas Roadhouse was my favorite place to eat! For years I have went to eat at different roadhouses and I never ever been disappointed and treated so badly! If you like alot of noise, long wait times for seating and food and food not cooked to how you ordered it, this is the place for you! I have been there 3 times now and they can't cook my steak to a medium cook! The Manager actually suggested that I order it next time medium well and maybe it will come out of the kitched cooked medium! No coupons, no nothing! read more
