Plenty of seating, quick access to a table and lots on the menu. The famous rolls didn't disappoint and were delicious as expected. We were glad to see the complimentary peanuts were individually packaged. Our waitress was friendly and polite. She made she our glasses were always full and had everything we needed and wanted. My salmon was a bit dry, but my veg sides were okay. My mother-in-law was pleased her steak and mashed potatoes. The ambiance was a bit too loud for us and our kid. TVs are everywhere you look which adds to the noise chaos. A mini screen on every table for games and extras. read more

Texas Roadhouse is my "Go To" for family steakhouse night. The cuts of steak are fresh and well prepped for your selection. Even though the restaurant seems to stay busy, I've never waited too long to be seated. The management supports the community by offering "kids eat free" coupons to local schools and teachers. Forgot to post this from last week! Texas Roadhouse. We picked our steaks and I wish I had gotten a picture of the 'before' because they were huge, beautiful ribeyes. Perfect meal, the ribeyes were amazing. Tender, juicy, flavorful. They've been consistently great in spite of being a chain. our waitress was wonderful, but then they always are for us. Waited an hour and 15 minutes to be seated. Expected that. Waitress took order and disappeared. Finally stopped another waitress and a manager came over and said they were busy. (Hmm, why did other patrons come in, get served pay their bill and leave)? Got two hamburgers, one the bun WAS HARD, the pulled pork sandwich was unbeatable, the two rib eye steaks med rare were tough although cooked right on visibility was not the usual. And Food and Service were lacking, who cares about Ambiance. A real shame as Texas Roadhouse has been my go to place in Florida, Ohio, Indiana and Arizona. read more

I ordered online. This one has a to go pick up area, which is right in the front of the resteraunt. I ordered the salmon with 2 sides. The corn was amazing. The sweet potatoes was fresh and with the complimentary butter and brown sugar that I requested, it was proved to be an excellent dessert. My daughter had the rib ranger meal.. We frequent this location often. The service is always quick and friendly. While this place is always busy they keep things moving pretty smoothly so its never a very long wait to get a table. The atmosphere is lively and comfortable. The TVs in the bar always have different games going on. Recently we split the porterhouse which is delicious. Tried out the new fire blossom this trip as well and are bery pleased with it and might continue to order this over the regular cactus blossom. read more

And most of us gave our food bad besides afew of us but my grandmother order a Salomon and it came out raw and not good she was disappointed and our server was very disrespectful. The worst food I have had in a very long time. I think this is where all grandparents go for dinner with the grandkids plus it's the spot for date night for anyone in a 3rd marriage and 2nd shared Facebook account. The potato skins were old and literally baked potato wedges with half melted cheese. No bacon, green onions or spec of flavor. The house salad was okay but the dressing tasted weird. Weird as in I question the freshness of the vat of Italian kraft dressing a 17 year old "chef" is in charge of managing expiration dates in between pre-cal homework. Our ribs came about 20 minutes after we finished our salad, odd. And as expected, they were fatty, slimy but good flavor if you can get pass the texture. All in all, my pallet has moved beyond Texas Road House and I'm okay with that. If this sounds pretentious or rude, no worries. We brought my Mom here for her birthday dinner as this was her choice. We added out name online before heading over, and when we checked in, we were told about 30 minutes' wait. We waited about 25 and received a text that our table was ready. This place was crazy busy, but the staff did an amazing job of moving things along. The hostess that sat us abd gave us our rolls and cinnamon butter ( good stuff!) Our waitress came over quickly to take our drink order. We ordered an appetizer and had it within a few minutes. As I mentioned, this place was packed but our waitress, Ashley, was consistent in checking in on us, refilling drinks, and making sure we were all set. Food was delicious, all steak cooked as requested, and everything ordered was delivered. Honestly, I was amazed at what a great experience we had. I was not expecting to enjoy being there as much as I did. This place is loud, so definitely not where you want to be for a quiet steak dinner but a great spot for families! read more

I saw that Texas Roadhouse was giving all of their profits from today to our brothers & sisters in western NC effected by the hurricane so we decided to have dinner here tonight & support this endeavor. Our server Olivia was excellent, she was very attentive & always made sure my glass was full of drink, I really appreciated this . The food was great too & it was definitely a plus knowing that we are supporting WNC. I liked the shirts that the staff wore that read " Carolina Strong" . The chili & steak I ordered was delicious. Freezing in the restaurant.!! One steak was brought out and the other steak was incorrect so they took it back to fix it and did not bring my husband's steak until after I was totally finished eating mine.... When they finally brought his steak, the potatoes was barely warm...... did not get refills without asking for them.... Highly disappointed.... read more

Always love coming here although it's pretty far from where I live but it is definitely worth the drive. I love them rolls, I don't know anyone who doesn't. Food is always great and steak is always cook to the right temperature. Service is good, they are attentive and come around pretty often. Ambiance, it's pretty busy and noisy. They have their own parking lot so you won't have a hard time finding a spot unless you come during very busy times. Love that you can check in prior, I wish more places did that so it's easy to get in and out. read more

Lots to love about this place. Great service staff, very efficient herding of customers. Prices beat the competition, food is damn good. If I have a gripe it would be that they closed down the store at 485 and S. Blvd years ago. I'd bet money if they reopened that store it would rock. read more

I had the advantage of being alone so I walked past the line and asked if there was room in the bar. There was one seat open. With 2 bartenders I had a cold beer in seconds. Ordered a steak dinner. When it came the bartender stood there for me to check my steak. Cooked to perfection. Everything was. And the place was packed on a school night. We checked in online for the waitlist. When we got there, apparently someone else used my first name to steal our reservation on the wait list. That wasn't really a huge deal, but that whole situation was amplified when we sat down. We ordered our food, and it came out, we found a hair in my steak. It was pretty obvious too. Not a great look, but still not a huge deal. We asked for a new dish to be made in exchange. After about 30 minutes of waiting, they came out with a new meal, but only took 5% off the bill. So you can check in online through Yelp, but they don't actually call you for a table until you have physically checked in. We were in Charlotte when we signed up. 67 in line. 60-90 min estimated wait. Our table was ready by the lower expected time. The guy outside that you check in with was super friendly and bonded with each person he talked to. When your table is "ready" they take you inside and you stand in a number 1-3. This is an area that they need improvement with. They would keep shuffling people into 1 and 2 and if you were in 3, they no longer acknowledge them they u until you advocate for yourself. The staff is friendly and attentive. But they are hustling and don't have time for relaxed personalized service and it's doubtful that they will refill your water. read more

This was my first time dining at Texas Roadhouse and I have to say it will not be my last. Sharon was our server for the evening, she had a great bubbly personality and she was very attentive. Sharon brought out all the bells and whistle's including a first time sampler plate which had a nice size helping of corn, green-beans, potatoes, and chili for me to try a few of their side dishes. All of the samples were delicious and well seasoned. My entree was perfectly cooked medallion tenderloins over a bed of flavored rice; my sides were a sweet potato with Carmel sauce & marshmallows, and steamed broccoli (the broccoli still had a crunch to it and it was delicious). First time ordering take out from here and I won't even bother again. I had a very terrible experience overall. At pick up I had sent my father to pick it up since I was busy and sent him all the info he need and the notification that it was ready and the host gave him a hard time about the order pickup when he arrived. I also had my family member get sick after eating just a small portion of her meal after I noticed how severely under cook it was and she was throwing up all night. I understand I ordered rare but it wasn't even a nicely seared on the back side or reached temp for a safe consumption. The shrimps were incredibly dry. I am not sure why there are negative reviews but we had a great experience here today on our day night. Our server Samuel was super nice, attentive, & food/drinks came out quick. It was super packed so I was pleasantly surprised we still got good service. We got the cactus onion appetizer and ribeye shrimp dinner with 2 sides. There was so much food we weren't able to finish the appetizer or our entrees. We will definitely come back. I think it helped that we joined the waitlist before we got here because there was long line of people waiting as it is a Friday.
