When you're traveling, sometimes you like to choose a place to eat that's reliable rather than something new. That's why I like visiting Texas Roadhouse when I'm on the highway. Even though I visited on a busy Saturday at lunch, they got me seated pretty quickly and service was very attentive. No surprises on the menu, but I really enjoyed my ribeye as it was cooked spot on medium rare. I tried the beef ribs as well and although they were tender, I think they were a bit overcooked, but not too bad badly. Overall, a nice visit. Recommended.

Food It's always amazing. You typically don't get a bad dose of anything on their menu Service The service was excellent as well. Speedy and accurate. The atmosphere is always great for families

We got seated served and through eating within 1 hour during lunch time.

Texas Roadhouse at 2817 S I-35E, Denton, TX 76205 Me and my coworker arrived for lunch today at this most wonderful location. The meat was cooked to perfection. I think everyone was so happy with how their meal came out. Our server took care of us and stayed attentive, even though he had a lot of customers. The biggest thing about this today was that they were totally, totally on point Because we got in and out in one hour and we came with a group of at least eight people. I give applause to the grill ‍ master in the back and to the staff This was a very positive experience

Freshly baked buns with cinnamon butter .. melts on the buns and then in mouth !!!

All time favorite restaurant chain of Texas. Loved this one in particular. Great location and parking place. The fresh sweet cinnamon butter with freshly baked buns are the signature item and I just love it ! And this time had a roasted and salted peanuts with shells - super amazing !!!! I had salmon 5oz with mushrooms and jalapeño with house salad and Cesar salad and everything was awesome ! Sydney was our server, she was super good and phenomenal service. The place was full on Monday evening and we had lovely happy hour deals too. Very lively environment !! Really enjoyed it !!

When I arrived, I asked for a foto with all at the entrance! They said "sure"! LMAO!

You never go wrong at Texas Roadhouse! There is a reason why the place is always packed! We went for my Mom n laws birthday. Mateo was our server and he was solid. Drinks never went dry and food showed up ready and hot! Love this place!

Texas Roadhouse is my favorite chill restaurant. I ordered the 3 piece catfish (fried hard) with fries and a sweet potato. I felt like there was absolutely too much butter on the sweet potato. However, the meal was fresh.

The staff was super friendly, even offered us to go bread, peanuts and softdrinks. Their tables are not suited for large parties (10+ people), and is very cramped when everyone's orders arrived. Their food also has gotten more expensive than what I remembered, the 8oz Dallas filet was 26-ish, and the 14oz ft worth ribeye was 25-ish this time. I could just come here for the bread though. They are still very busy at meal time though.

Appetizers, Fried Pickles, Rattle Snake Bites, Fried Jalapeños. & Fried Mushrooms! Can we say Delicious!

Oh My Gosh! It was all fantastic! Walked in and was seated right away! Our waitress was totally awesome! She got our drink order and appetizers right away. We had; Fried Mushrooms, Fried Pickles, Rattle Snake Bites, & Fried Jalapeños! They were brought out in a short time and were hot and flavorful! Great Appetizers! I ordered the 6 oz Dallas Filet medium rare with sauté mushrooms and Onions! Mashed Potatoes with Butter, Side Salad with their Homemade Thousand Island Dressing! Steak was prepared Perfectly! Great Meal! My grandson had the Bacon Cheeseburger with Steak Fries! It was cooked perfectly! He added some of the Fried Pickles to it and said it was great! All was great They sat us in the bar area which was fine. Got a little loud with 3 people having Birthdays! It was all fun.

Our server Daisy was AWESOME! she was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Especially in giving good recommendations when we were between items. We got the pretzel bites to start, which were really good! The salad with blackened salmon on top and I forget what they were called but similar to a "dynamite shrimp" type dish were both really good too! Drinks were also great (my husband got a few different beers all of which he said were nice! He drinks mostly IPA drinks and is super picky so for him to find good beer is saying alot! I had a few different cocktails all of which were super refreshing on the hot day it was) we would recommend anything to eat or drink from there for sure! Next time you go be sure to ask for Daisy, she will greet you with a smile and make sure you have a wonderful experience!

We grabbed a high-top near the bar and ordered a flight of their local beers. They displayed them so adorably, and each one was fun to try in its own way. We also ordered a few appetizers, played some games, and just enjoyed the atmosphere. Overall, it was a really easy, enjoyable spot to hang out, sip, snack, and soak up the Denton vibe.

My partner in food wanted to try the King Kong against my better judgment. Looking at the photos, it didn't appear conceivable - to make matters worse, he wanted it to go! It came deconstructed. Four HUMONGOUS beef patties and probably a whole pound of bacon and beautifully melted cheddar. The bun was questionable, mostly because it was nowhere near enough bread for all that meat, but I get it, in a challenge situation, I wouldn't want to load up on bread. The patties were well seasoned and firm. I would have preferred medium, but since I was sharing, well done was fine. Not over done and still juicy. It also came with a container full of steak fries! I admittedly put a hurting in the fries, dipping them in the house ranch mixed with the jalapeño ranch. I wanted the fries to be crispier and the ranch to be thicker, but they were delicious nonetheless!! So how much of it did we finish?? I finished one patty with out bread!! My partner finished one and a half patties with sandwich bread. The bun got designated to my leftover patty. Tomorrow's lunch will be a single patty burger with half a pound of bacon!

The food looked great when it came out -- generous portions and nice presentation -- but the flavor didn't quite live up to the visuals. The burger patties were cooked through but a little dry, and the seasoning was pretty mild. The mushroom and onion topping added some flavor, but the bun felt a bit soggy halfway through. The cheeseburger was fine, but nothing that really stood out. The chili dog had plenty of chili and cheese on top, but the chili itself was a bit bland and heavy. The fries were thick and crunchy at first, but cooled off quickly and lost their crisp. They tasted more like frozen fries than fresh-cut. Service was polite and friendly, though the wait for food felt a little long considering it wasn't busy when we came in. The place has a laid-back, old-school diner vibe, which is nice in theory, but the inside could use a little refresh. It's not bad if you're nearby and craving a burger, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

The food selection was broad, but not too busy. I ordered the Oxbow Sourdough Burger. The meat patty was thick, seasoned well, and made to perfection. It had mushrooms, cheese, and bacon.
