We ate here a year ago and had bad food. The only reason we came back is because of a gift card. We got the gift card because this chain was supposed to be good everywhere else. I ordered our meal online on the app and paid. A few minutes later I received a phone call from the restaurant telling me that the appetizer I ordered they did not have. They asked me what I would like instead so I just ordered a second meal. They said no problem. We'll settle up when you get here. I said OK and another minute or two goes by and I get a call again letting me know that the manager wanted to make sure I knew I had to pay for the second meal when I got there. This aggravated me and I found it in bad taste. Nonetheless, I went and paid the difference or so I thought they never refunded the appetizer in the first place. Also I had left a five dollar tip and there was no curbside service provided because they do not offer that at this location and I have to check my own food to make sure it's accurate so I was thinking the $12 meal I added could've been covered by the five dollar tip and the seven dollar appetizer that they charged me for that I never received which I'm trying to explain to the manager Who is rude and isn't listening in addition telling me two different stories as to why I got overcharged. I have been here many times and the food and service was very good. This evening was a different experience. I ordered my steak the same as someone else at my table, but what I got was very rare. I sent it back to make a medium and the rest of my party ate their whole dinner and then I got my steak back well done. The manager came and apologized and gave us $10 off our bill. I was a bit disappointed that my lack of food and being able to eat with the others didn't seem to matter to the manager and that he felt $10 off was enough. We had dinner at the bar Monday. The service was great but the food not so much. I ordered the filet and ribs dinner for $29. First of all, the sweet potato came out frigid cold and the replacement was barely warm. The biggest problem was the filet, or so-called filet. It was as thin as a sirloin steak and tougher. This store has declined. Service I typical of a restaurant where everyone hates their job. Had to ask for a manager each of our last two visits. The manager you get is a kid that coordinates the dining room. Not the store manager. Food not cooked to request and serious staff attitude issues. If we had any other steak options close by, I think this store would fold immediately. Keep driving, go anywhere else, it won't be worse than this dive with a big name. read more

We came here on a Friday afternoon and got seated right away. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and provided great service. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday, even though it was in August, and the staff all had a great attitude and we had lots of laughs when they made my husband get on the saddle for the birthday tradition they do. All of our food orders were correct and served fast and hot. It didn't seem too busy, but it was in the middle of the day. I had recently moved back to the area and have not been to this location in over 10 years, but we will definitely be back due to the positive experience we had this visit. read more

Had a terrible experience last night. Joined the waitlist and was told 20-30 min wait. I arrived and checked in on the app. At about 30 min they said gather my party and come in. We went in and a line was too the door of others waiting to check in. After several minutes we made it to the front and was told they were cleaning the table. (They always say that). After waiting several more minutes we were finally seated. The waitress was great! However, I couldn't believe how terribly the food was presented. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp combo with fries. Waitress asked how many shrimp - 3,6,9 or 12? I said six. I get this often. It's always on a large plate. Shrimp is on a skewer and placed on Texas toast. When the food runner brought my food, it arrived on a small plate. The fries and shrimp were piled on top of the sirloin. There were only 5 shrimp not 6. My granddaughter got a kids meal of 2 small cheeseburgers and fries. The kids meal was on a large plate and had twice as many fries as my steak meal. I told the waitress I was missing a shrimp. She apologized and brought 5 more shrimp and Texas toast. The steak was cook on a temp that was too high. It was charred on the outside and raw in the middle. All of our food was only slightly above room temperature. This is the second bad experience we've had. A few months ago we were seated and no waitress ever came to our table. Three other tables were seated after us and waitresses took their orders. No one waited on us so we left and sat at the bar. We won't be back to this location. read more

I have ordered takeout twice from here and I should have learned the first time.. but my dad lives w me and likes the onion petal app so I go there for him. First time they forgot items from my order but I wasn't going to go back and say anything as I live 20 min away (I did when they asked for feedback and never heard from the company to apologize or anything). This time I needed to push the order an hour from the original time I asked so I called and spoke w someone who said it would be no problem. However, I rec'd a text at the original ready time!? I'd say the low- star review is well- deserved. 45- minute wait to order- at least, the waiter could barely hear us due to loud music, then brought the wrong- sized steak -and because it was bigger than ordered they wouldn't give my daughter her money back unless I left it. Horrible waiting area where servers and other customers are running into you. We even saw a waitress dump an entire tray of food because she had to walk through the crowd. Used the mobile app to check in 20 mins before we got there and what was supposed to be a 20 minute wait turned into over an hour and then our party of 5 was told to squeeze into a 4 top table with an extra chair. We have children and this does not work and the whole time we waited we were told we were waiting on a bigger table which obviously wasn't the case. We ended up leaving with a crying child who waited for an hour to eat rolls and when asked if we could at least take a box of rolls for our daughter the rude hostess with the iPad told us to just grab a basket in the window on our way out the door. read more

We've been to this Texas Roadhouse location many times and never had much of a problem until our last visit. We did call ahead seating so we didn't have to wait very long - it was right after they opened in early afternoon. Everyone's steak were tasty and cooked as ordered. Our server was as quick and helpful. I got the fried catfish meal. The menu shows 3 nice big fillets almost the size of the plate. What I got was barely bigger than a fish stick. They even knew it was bad because they gave me a 4th piece but put together they were barely bigger than 1 fillet. They looked disgusting and were almost all breading because they were so tiny. If you're pretty much out of something, tell the customer so they can order something else. No apologies, didn't discount the meal, nothing. We'll be taking a break from this location for a while. read more

I have ordered online here MANY TIMES. Not a single time have they gotten the order correct. They always forget condiments that you pay extra for, today they forgot our salads AND ribs. Great customer service from the moment we stepped in!!! We yams a reservation online and it was a 55 minute wait but we just wandered around at the grocery store in the mean time! The minute we sat down we had rolls coming off the table and the refills kept coming! The drinks were super fast and the refills were before you were even halfway done!! The food was yummy and filling! I ordered the combo of chicken fingers and steak and we ordered the FRIED PICKLES, a MUST HAVE!!!! Four others and myself were there tonight, a Monday night. They were not busy, and until our food came the staff was very attentive. One in our party had to send her steak back twice before it was correct, and her fries did not come out with the original steak. My tables server was Sara who did an excellent job! Can't speak for the other table, however I do know that one in our party never even received her food until the rest had finished. Also, every steak was cooked wrong, but we were hungry after the wait so didn't send them back. After the meal, the manager came out for the other table and had to rework the check multiple times after messing it up. Wow, was this food bad! The steak wasn't awful - that's about the best praise I can give for this place. The green beans were the worst I've ever had in my life - completely gross and inedible. I'm not sure how you screw up green beans so bad, but they were swimming in a gross, oily sauce. This place is nowhere close to Outback, or even in the same league as a Logan's or even Mike's, which is right down the road. They obviously use the lowest quality ingredients for most of their food, but still charge steakhouse prices. Avoid like the plague. read more

We then asked for a re-fire. Red-flag when she said that should be up in 20 minutes. It doesn't take 20 for 2 medium steaks. When the two new steaks showed up with a manager she waited to see if they were correct. My buddies was just right and mine was well-done again! She asked if i wanted to wait for another one but my mother taught me better than that. If you re-fire 2 steaks at the same time and bring them out together, how can they be 2 totally different temps? She didn't ask if i wanted anything else or even try to comp anything for our trouble, probably because they've lost so much money in throwing away steaks. She did however say as she left "I guess ill take that steak off the bill." you think so? Went home without dinner never and the knowledge that I will never return to this place again. I usually am quite a tipper but I haven't interacted with a single human yet so planned to tip in person. Arrive, food is out 20 min later than stated on the email. I wait. The gal running the desk finally hands me my two bags (three meals) and asks me to check my own order. She grabbed straight from the kitchen and then handed to me. I was expected to open every single box and check my own food? Embarrassing customer service. So I open each box, the potato ordered wasn't loaded, toppings were mixed up. We ordered different cuts of steak I kindly asked which was each steak with a response "I'm not a steak expert". I asked for extra rolls, happy to and offered to pay for them. Was denied. Ordered to go while in town for work. They got my order wrong. Do you know how disappointing it is to request "no onions" on a salad and have a giant pile of diced onions in it? You can't pick those out. It was the steak salad, and I was left with just the steak to eat and the rolls. And the steak was burnt. I had also asked for extra dressing for the salad, which I didn't get. Not that it mattered. Also, using their app, they are supposed to text you when your order is ready. I waited until 10 minutes past the pickup time I was told, and went in, never getting a text. My order was sitting there waiting for me for who knows how long.
