I took my son there for his first vehicle that he seen online which was a Hummer H3 the color was like a gray color with American flags in the windows. I forgot the year, but the vehicle had no brakes that were operative for him to test drive and they wanted him to test drive the vehicle anyways; the ripcord that goes to the hood was lying on the floor and when we opened the vehicle it smelled like cat pee! If you are considering buying a vehicle from Texas "perfect" auto do yourself a favor and search the title history and have the car inspected by an honest mechanic. The reason the cars from this business are so cheap or "competitively priced" is because most (if not all) of their vehicles were purchased from a salvage auction. Almost every car on their lot had a salvage title at one point which is how they're able to sell cars for way under value. You may think you're getting a good deal, but nine times out of ten the car will end up having issues that cost more to fix than the worth of your vehicle. called this placed early in the morning about a car I was set on buying. I was paying cash and TOLD him I would be buying and he said the car was available. I drove over an hour to get here only for this shady dealer to say it's not available anymore because he promised it to another man who had just left for the bank five minutes before I got there. We bought a vehicle from here that had steel belts completely exposed around the perimeter of the inside front tires. It was not safe to drive home and was negligent on their part because they said they had a mechanic look at it. That was a lie. Absolutely do NOT use this dealership. The owner is a liar. My son and I bought a used Chevy Equinox here and have had nothing but problems with the car. When we test drove the car, the AC was not working but he promised to make it "right". All he did was recharge the freon but did not fix the leak and now the car is running hot again. In addition, the day we drove it off the lot, the Check Engine light came on. He claimed it was bad gas and that we were at fault. We took it too a mechanic and found the catalytic converter was completely stopped up and had to be replaced. The mechanic also confirmed that this was a known problem by looking at the history on the car's computer. And, today, we were dealt the "last straw". When we tried to sell the car that we were told had a clear title (even said so on the dealer website) we find out that the car was in an accident, totaled, repaired and then in another accident. My advice, this dealership is "perfect" about lying to you and getting you into a horrible deal. Never use them! read more

CHECK THE TITLE BEFORE YOU BUY. I bought a 2014 Toyota Avalon here from Wardan, believing it to be a clean title with no accidents as shown on their website. My bank refused to finance due to it actually having a salvage title! I live in Austin, getting the car here and then having to take it back was horrible! Worse yet, Wardan refused to take it back until I mentioned getting a lawyer involved and in the time I had the car I had already bought new tires for it that Discount Tire couldn't take back! Cost me about $950 to fix and then again it broke down with another problem 2 months later. We spent 12,000 and had the car malfunction on us the same week. The owner quickly reminded us that it was not his responsibility. The whole experience was HORRIBLE. The "Manager" told he didn't care at all about money and whether or not he sold cars. The price was the price and if I didn't have the money, I should go elsewhere, which he said I clearly didn't. He took one look at me & just ASSUMED I could not afford his vehicle, all while not knowing who I was, nor where I came from. Little did he know, I had cash in hand, unlike his other customers who were all securing financing. This was to be a commuter vehicle for me, not my main mode of transportation, so it certainly did not have to be perfect. I had done my due diligence in used car searching and this particular vehicle checked all of the boxes, it is just such a shame it was at this dealership. The way he spoke to me and my sister in law that day was just simply grotesque. Guaranteed if my husband, or any male for that matter, would have been along he never would have had the stones to talk to us that way. Since buying my Fiat, I have found multiple things wrong with it that he stated were "fine and working" or "the car is in great shape, I personally drove it myself - it works great, I don't know what you are talking about". I would never trust what he says...most car dealers are out to make a buck, but since this gentleman will tell you he cares not, I simply refer to him as a snake. The car from the online picture looks ago. I get a call from Dan or "WarDan". In person, he is completely different. He is from Syria (no racism here) but doesn't seem to know much about cars, has 0 customer service sense or care. Avoid like plague! Did not want me to drive the car anywhere other than the parking lot b.c the car probably was bad on the pot holes due to problems with quality. The car body had several damages on it that weren't noted in the photo. There was a siren/alarm that went off as soon AS I started the car. He did not seem to know why or how. Complete idiotic guy and avoid him like plague. The other customers seem to be druggies too, IMO. Would not negogiate the price of the car even. Sold me a car with a bad transmission,told me it was an omission sensor that was giving it a check engine light. Wanted to go outside and look at the code reader with them to make sure it wasn't anything serious & the main guy told me not to, just sit inside. I should've taken they as a sign that something sketchy was going on. They told me the mechanic there fixed the problem & NOT to worry about it. The "emission sensor". They just cleared the codes! And he had to audacity to say that if the light comes on not to worry about it, it's nothing serious. On top of that the car has NUMEROUS problems with it. MAKE sure if you don't know anything about cars to bring someone with you who does so you don't get screwed over!! If I could give less then one star I would ‍Car was not worth what I paid for it. THIS PLACE IS NOT PERFECT. This place is a JOKE. They sell lemons. Sold me a car with structural damage that my mechanic told me was actually unsafe to drive. Took advantage of the fact that I was unknowledgeable and desperate. Car is worth $500, bought it for $4,000. After I called him out on it and asked him to take it back and give me a refund, he dodged my calls, blocked my number, hung up on me, avoided me. Told me the car was not like that when I bought it, what a joke. Also filed the title as Unknown mileage so he probably tampered with the odometer. So yeah I wouldn't recommend this slimy business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! Though I would get a deal here on a auction one owner car - wrong! Purchased a 2009 Murano for $5,999 on Nov 1, 2021 after a 2 week delay because he was replacing the transmission which he charged me an additional $600. Wardan said it had a warranty and "Don't worry my friend, I will take care of any problems". What a joke. Next week took I took it for an oil change and it was leaking fluid under the engine. Called Wardan and he said his mechanic was messy and probably left over from transmission change - lie/excuse. Days later the transmission started jumping and going into limp mode and power steering fluid went low and leaking under car. Wardan would not help with this issue, said it was my problem. $560 leak repair made at another mech shop and they pulled diag codes from jumpy trans, said it needs to be replaced because rebuilds and used units are unreliable with CVT style. Again called Wardan and he said will not do anything and that "warranty" on transmission was 30 days which he never said before. So I now have a car worth $800, maybe. He knows his cars have problems - they are auction buys; cars dealerships can't sell due to business ethics. Not a problem here, no ethics. Doing everything I can to get the bad word out on this shady business. I have never took the time to write a review but this has been such a bad experience and loss of hard earned money. We want to purchase a vehicle for my son. Ended up, against my gut feeling, getting a VW. I took it to the dealership just to get it inspected bumper to bumper and they found SEVERAL things wrong. Some minor and a few huge. We went back to the dealership and asked to return the vehicle and after much back and forth he kindly took it back and voided out the deal. After looking more into things I would not purchase a vehicle from here as they are made aware of things that need to be repaired and decline them. Also his mechanic did not document any of the things messed up that the dealership found. The dealership knew I was not going to pay for repairs so they had no reason to lie even though the dealer said they were "made up issues". We also got the car and it was filthy(husband was pulling out socks and stuff before we drove off) and completely empty tank of gas. Buyer beware. Make sure you get a complete inspection before you purchase and do NOT use his repair man or you will get salvage parts. -update- The owner of the lot Warden, called me very angry the Monday AFTER we voided the deal and was at my bank trying to cash my check. Purchased a 2010 Mini Cooper S and the next day, I end up getting engine lights. I have called and the only response that I should take it back to his mechanic which is not a shop, the guys are located back of his building. The guy told me that it was an air Leak and I should not worry about. When you can smell gas inside the car and you have trouble to start the car every morning and I am told not to worry. I understand I am getting a used car and will have some issues. At this moment I am spending over $3000.00 to have it fixed and not sure what else it has. Please don't deal with this guy because at the end all he cares is about money and not you. I understand a business must be making money but to make others pay more than what is worth is not a way to go. i have reported him to BBB and have reported him to the work advantage who's his business is associated. Please don't purchase a car from here. I was looking for a car for my teenage son. I found a few that was in my price range. I test drove three cars. The first car check engine light was on, the breaks went out while driving I could barely stop. The lights started flickering like it was going to die. After putting the car in reverse It jumped back real hard. That's told me the transmission was bad. The other two cars started smoking while driving. I told the owner thanks but these cars are not in good condition. He tried to convince me that nothing was wrong it was just minor stuff. I went to buy my daughter's first car there tonight. I called before I went and Dan assured me the car was in great mechanical condition and it was a perfect car. First thing I noticed when he showed me the car is it was dirty. The motor was not cleaned and the car had not been washed. The inside was clean enough. We got in to test drive and realized the A/C does not work. We asked him about it, and he said no problem. We'll fix that. So we make the block a couple of times, and the engine light is on, the tire pressure light is on and the bright lights don't work. As we are driving we smell the car heating up and pull into a gas station and the car is over heating and smoking. We drive it back to him and hand him the keys and tell him it over heated, and he slipped and said "Already?". It was obvious he knew about the problem. I do not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership. I purchased a Ford Focus 2015 from this dealer. supposedly it is still a new car, but I have so much problems with it since the day I bought it. First of all, the owner game me a hard time registering the car and transferring it into my name. He is very unprofessional, and know nothing about cars. it took him almost three months to submit my application and transferring it into my name. I was so frustrated about his bad service, and his dishonesty, I was tired calling him and asking him when I get the paper work done. Every time I ask him he says that he submitted the papers, it was a lie. Couple of days before the expiration of the temporary plate I called him again, he said he is going to send the application that day. I was very upset because of his dishonesty. I also started having problems with the car since I bought it, I spent so much money to try to fix it, because it was not safe to drive it.
