My small dog was giving a warning to back off. My bigger dog we think had been a bait dog, which was detailed to PCT in email correspondence. They were so much worse after their stay with PCT that I seriously considered putting one of my dogs down. My vet was able to get them on medication that truly helped and I take them to Le château and my dogs have improved exponentially. I recommend Le Château especially if you have rescues that were never socialized or were abused like mine. Don't you tell me that I am spreading a rumor about you hitting my dog. How dare you. We stopped at Shaggy's to try and purchase a dog crate because we had no way to care for the dog. Being a boarding facility they agreed to take her in and help us try and get reunited with her original owners. We have already been having a nightmare of a trip with car problems and other issues. So having this little bit of help was a godsend! The store and facility itself is very nice and clean. Saw a few clients of theirs pick up their pets after grooming and they looked beautifully groomed too. I would highly recommend supporting this great facility. They don't just care about business, they genuinely care about animals!

Took my girl on Saturday afternoon at 5pm, receptionist was sweet. Picked my girl up on Wednesday afternoon at 415 pm. Was told my balance was $115. Apparently after 4 pm, you get charged for late drop off or late pickup, was never informed of this. 4 nights for $195?! Basically paid for 5 nights. She did get a "complementary" bath. Too steep of a board for just a place for my dog to sleep and she requires very little play time because she is 16 years old. Won't be going back there.
