When I picked them up, there was almost a fight and he hit my smaller dog. Being able to observe what was happening, it was my other dog that was causing the issue. My small dog was giving a warning to back off. My bigger dog we think had been a bait dog, which was detailed to PCT in email correspondence. They were so much worse after their stay with PCT that I seriously considered putting one of my dogs down. My vet was able to get them on medication that truly helped and I take them to Le château and my dogs have improved exponentially. I recommend Le Château especially if you have rescues that were never socialized or were abused like mine. Don't you tell me that I am spreading a rumor about you hitting my dog. How dare you. The only reason I even bothered to write this review is your text and email asking for a review. Not sure where that review went.

If this company was for the welfare of pups they would educate the PR staff on how selling a puppy…read morepackage by type of breed. If they were about the welfare of the animal then they would not instruct trainers that a board/train package is not available after a puppy training till they are a certain age due to clumsiness. The trainer should not have to remind a customer if you choose additional training to remind the company you went through the puppy training to receive discount. The company is all about finding ways to skim the most amount of money from the get go. Not what is in the best interest of the customer. If they were about customer service they would address the issue without blaming the customer or customer vet and when offered an amount of money have the audacity to say they are not money driven business cause they refused to allow a previous customer from the puppy training program to continue with training cause they can not resolve the issues customer has.

I ended up mentioning it to the store manager after cashing out at the register. He apologized for her behavior and said, that "he was gonna have a talk with her about it." I've never had even a remotely similar experience with an employee of any business in my life.
