Predatory liars. I…read morewon't even go into detail about my own personal experiences with this company; but I will say, with certainty, that they are all liars, from the receptionist in the front, to the accountant at the top. Every positive review they have is coerced, paid, or fake by employees of the business. If you search any of these reviewers on social media it will show you their work history and relatives, and you will see that if they are not relatives, they are employees (both oftentimes) that have written these positive reviews. The truth is, they are a talentless agency that make a mediocre product and they get most of their revenue from the coercion of families through fake and predatory marketing practices. They will scream at you over the phone, and they will make you regret ever dealing with them to begin with. Run away.

From the beginning to the end they did a wonderful job and made our day feel so special. Pictures are such an important part of a wedding and we now have memories in pictures we will cherish forever. Amanda worked closely with me in the beginning in aligning their services with our budget She was so thoughtful and wanted to create a wonderful experience for us, all while keeping mind the budget we were trying to adhere to. She was able to put together a package that worked for us while remaining in our budget. (I also made a last minute change roughly 2 weeks before the wedding and it was no problem!) The amount of detail that goes in to the planning is impeccable. We provided details of family members and the shots we wanted to make the wedding day run as smooth as possible. This was so helpful to relieve stress on the big day! I can't say enough wonderful things about Tonya and Brianne who actually shot our wedding. They made sure we stayed on track with the timeline and were able to adjust where necessary. (i.e the bridal party was running a bit behind *go figure* so they moved things around to get the grooms pictures first.) Although I was worried it would throw the whole day off Tonya kept me calm and everything went perfectly. They even stayed a little longer in the evening to get one more shot for me at dark at the reception. I was so thankful for their professional and caring attitudes.
