Breathe…read more After a few bouts of pneumonia and allergy problems, I was referred to find an ENT. Oh and a clogged ear. Did a Google search and read a bunch of reviews and chose Dr Kaplan. WIN. Made an appt and got in fairly easy. The office is in an older style building but very nice. The front staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend new patient fill out the forms online. Saves major time. Went in and Dr Kaplan worked his magic and cleaned out my ear and prescribed some meds. He asked me if I had allergy issues and said my nasal passages was blocked. He suggested a CT scan of the cranial something to see if I was a good candidate for balloon sinuplasty. He sent in a tech to help me with the insurance. Mine covers the $100 copay if I call for authorization. Apparently they did this quite often. After the CT, he showed me the blockage and we scheduled the procedure. The procedure was done a week later and it was magical. I could breathe better and sleep better. The only payment was $35 co-pay and then a $100 co-pay for the anesthesiologists. There was 2 after care sessions and I was good to go. Dr Kaplan is very professional and courteous. He gave me his cell number and responded promptly by text and call with answers. I appreciated that a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After I saw him, I discovered that he is very well known and has done TV appearances. Wowza. Would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a professional, knowledgeable and caring ENT.

Service was excellent. I was searching for an ENT specialist to fix my eardrums. My insurance app…read morefound this location being flexible and easy to get appointments. First time here, I didn't have any issues. The doctor gave me a medication. It kind of fixed the problem but I think the symptoms went away on its own. Other than a shocking side effects that almost sent me to the emergency room, I was back to normal. My second time here was to get an allergy test before they can formulate the serum for my allergy shot. Ok. This seems pretty simple. I followed the instructions to prepare my test. I didn't have to wait. The staff poked me a few times (about 82 times) and generated a report. Then, the doctor came in to explain the results and the next step. There were two options, daily drop under the tongue or weekly shots. I thought it was bothersome and expensive for daily dose, nearly $400 for 3 months. He said weekly shots are about the same price. Treatments would last 3 years or longer. I told him I can't do it now because I have some major events I need to attend. He said it would take time to formulate the serum anyway. I was happy that test was done with no side effects. But I am in pain for my wallet. Upon check out, I almost fall to the floor. They charged over $600, including copay for the test. I didn't get any warning. Ugh. I'm so upset and not going back again. I can't afford to get the shots, not even one drop. Tomorrow is the first, the rent needs to be paid. Update: a day later, I called my insurance company and asked them if this provider sent in my procedure for approval. The response was shocking. Nope. So, I removed another star.

Dr Patel didn't even know what was going on. As soon as she did, she fixed it. She was so kind. it's the customer service disconnect. That customer service wall... the answering service... i absolutely hate how disconnected people have become from the service they are receiving. Losing Main Street was the worst thing that could happen to customer service. HORRIFIC TREATMENT. 52 years old- Tonsillectomy A tonsillectomy is brutal at my age. The pain medication they prescribed was not in stock for two days during days 5 and 6 post-op, arguably the beginning of the most painful days. I broke into tears with the answering service because the staff never answers and did not respond back to me, as soon as I started crying, they hung up on me. Imagine cutting out parts of a person and hanging up on them because they are crying in pain. So here I am, day 2 in agony with a prescription that the pharmacy can't fulfill cuz they're out of stock and can't transfer because it's level 2. Absolutely uncaring, heartless people.

I exercised considerable patience, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. I gave ample time and…read moreopportunity to do what's in my best interest. I was not satisfied with the results. I explained in detail what was going on; however, she didn't seem to be interested. She was nonchalant and was not proactive in getting me to the places and physicians that I needed to go see. I had to take the reins regarding my health concerns.
