I know that I returned every single tablecloth they sent, but they still insisted that I was missing one. 1. I received all the tablecloths I ordered. 2. Two of the tablecloths were lighter in color. They looked like they were just older and faded black. 3. I am not a complainer and it was not worth the effort to call about that. There were two like that and we put them in the back. Also note, many of the tablecloths were stained. Again, moved them around to make them work. While this is another reason I would NEVER use or recommend RSVP again, that is not the issue here. 4. All tablecloths I received were returned. I am 100% sure of that. I was at the venue when they were piled up to return. I stacked them up and oversaw placing them in the bags. I also clean the venue after the events and nothing was left behind. Again, absolutely sure I returned what was given to me. 5.RSVP told me there was a green tablecloth in my return bags. I DO NOT OWN OR HAVE A GREEN TABLECLOTH. NO OTHER TABLECLOTHS WERE EVER AT THE VENUE. 6. If it is not RSVPs and I know it is not mine, how is it in my bag? BTW--our colors were black and white....not green. 7. Obviously, that is what RSVP sent me or RSVP has mixed something up. 8. RSVPs system is flawed if a green cloth is in my bag and RSVP says that it is not what they sent me. 9. This has become a he said, she said situation. 10. Thus the reason not to use their services, because they are charging me for something because THEY say I did not return it when I KNOW that I did. 11. This is just ridiculous! I regret ever walking into this place! 12. If anyone does not take my review seriously, I suggest you count EVERY SINGLE ITEM to the pickup person. Videotape the whole encounter. Bounce Waco cancelled my son's bounce house rental 2.5 hours before the start of his birthday…read moreparty. Despite having my phone number, the owner cancelled via email instead of having the guts to call me. As I was busy preparing for the party, I did see this email until 90 minutes before the party started. So I had 90 minutes to get another bounce house before the party started. Not to mention, I had rented all of my tables and chairs from this same company and they did not deliver those until 10 minutes after the party had started. The owner claimed the ground was too wet for the bounce house; however, failed to communicate this would be grounds for cancellations despite it having rained all week. We knew days before the event that the ground would be wet on party day. If she had told me in advance that she would cancel the bounce house for wet ground, I would have booked through another company. And for what it is worth, I called just about every rental company in town searching for someone who could bring a bounce house immediately and three other bounce house rental companies said it was safe to use a bounce house on wet ground. Moreover, we attended a party a few hours later and they too had a bounce house from a fourth company who also thought it was safe. We were able to secure a bounce house from another company and had zero complications on wet ground. It appears that the company could not deliver as ordered 2 months in advance and blamed the weather for their mistake.
