Upon returning the chairs I advised them that they shorted us a chair. Their reply? They charged us for a replacement. However, on the day of delivery they were an hour late and delivered the wrong waterslide. I called immediately asking if the correct slide could be delivered and they told me it wasn't possible. Sadly, the slide we originally ordered matched our party theme while the one we were left with did not. When I called and emailed about a discount or refund they reluctantly (a week later) said they'd refund us $25 which is a joke considering the price we paid. When I tried calling to speak to someone they never picked up and never responded to any messages. I will not be using Waco Bounce House ever again, and will be telling my friends to avoid as well. I wish they would have made more of an effort to refund or even apologize for their mistake. Terrible customer service.

Their customer service has been absolutely awful. I have called 5 times and have emailed and a manager will not call me back. They came unprepared without an electrical cord to blow up the inflatable. The only used one blower and it needed two blowers to stay properly inflated. Then the driver delivering the slide hit my mailbox when backing out of my driveway. They owe me money and now I will have to take them to small claims court to get what is owed to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

She was communicative and sensitive to what we wanted out of the photos. She allowed my sister (a photography enthusiast) to engage in every aspect of the session and made sure everyone was happy with the way the photos were turning out as we moved through the session. Dianna was also very honest and conscientious in regards to little things out of place (hair, buttons, clothing bunches, bra straps, etc.). Most impressively - we booked the session so far out that by the time the session came around the price had changed, Dianna honored the original price no questions asked and with a smile. So impressed! Our family photos were outside, all portraits, and we had 4 adults.
