Jeff IS very professional and meticulous. His music website where you input the songs you want/don't want/etc is very detailed and made us think about things we never would have before. When it came down to the actual event, he KILLED it!! We had many Indian songs which he wasn't too familiar with, but he nailed every bit of it. The aux from the sound system also messed up and my brother ended up taking a corded microphone and putting it to the projector. This was a wedding reception for 400 people. The sound system made the event look cheap and dysfunctional. The worst part of this was when I contacted Steve. He apologized for the ordeal but his solution to the mistake on his part was a $50 refund... We spent over $2000 on the setup. I really liked working with Steve prior to all this. However, this was not how I wanted my wedding reception to turn out.
