These require a large amount of space and we were planning from afar, as we were coming into town for the event. Victor and Tyler were wonderful to work with and helped me to coordinate everything I needed to ensure the space would be set up safely, we would overcome the power challenges and have the right amount of generators, and they were very flexible when we needed to change the details last minute on account of the rain the night before. Upon arrival they take the time to make sure the units and clean and dry by inside as well as set up correctly. If they are staking them in the grass, they are even careful to check for your surrounding irrigation lines. They will do a complete safety check of all equipment with you as well. In my experience most companies will just set up and go. This was much more thorough and as a business owner hosting an event where we were inviting other people's children to enjoy the fun, that made me appreciate the extra level of care they are willing to demonstrate. I highly recommend Waco Bounce House Rentals and will use them again in the future as I found a fair price with flexible options, great customer service and a fun variety of inflatables to choose from.

However, on the day of delivery they were an hour late and delivered the wrong waterslide. I called immediately asking if the correct slide could be delivered and they told me it wasn't possible. Sadly, the slide we originally ordered matched our party theme while the one we were left with did not. When I called and emailed about a discount or refund they reluctantly (a week later) said they'd refund us $25 which is a joke considering the price we paid. When I tried calling to speak to someone they never picked up and never responded to any messages. I will not be using Waco Bounce House ever again, and will be telling my friends to avoid as well. I wish they would have made more of an effort to refund or even apologize for their mistake. Terrible customer service.

Our daughter got married at Old Bethany near Lorena and we hired the Candid Camper to give guests…read moresomething to do and to have a memory from the wedding. We're so glad we did. First of all, the Scotty camper is adorable and aesthetically pleasing on the outside and inside. Secondly, the props were so creative and our guests had so much fun taking pictures and being silly. The camper was non- stop action all night and gave guests who needed a place to go for break from the band and noise. The pictures printed immediately and were high quality. Katy was great work with, she communicated clearly, , set up the schedule before the event and created artwork that mirrored the wedding invitations. Cherie and Eric were at the wedding and were wonderful with the guests; they explained the process, were patient, fun and friendly. The icing on the cake was the album created and signed with personal messages from the guests from pictures taken as well as a digital file with photos from the evening. The Candid Camper was an awesome addition to our daughter's wedding.
