She helped considerably on the wedding day and having her allowed us to enjoy the wedding more completely. Unfortunately there were some things that could have been better. There were small details missed that we had to instruct her of during the day. Some we didn't notice until it was too late. (Ie: one being the $200 bottle of champagne was not on ice with the cake, so our pictures of the cake have an empty punch bowl next to it. Bridal party table plates were left in a box so they were unsure where to sit.) I'm sure there were not many people that noticed. She was very helpful in packing up, but in the rush she packed some things on top of our leftover cake. In the end we really counted on her and she handled most of it. We were just a little disappointed in those missed details. Hopefully she will learn from this and make improvements in the future, as details in a wedding matter greatly.

He knew how to keep a secret and blend in as a second family going on the tour. The photos came out very good! With high resolution and low resolutions. He even took the time to mail me back my flash drive with all my photos on it and sent me a Google drive with them all! The images imo were not by a professional photographer: they took multiple pictures of the practically the same view. Great shot of our washer and dryer, but not the laundry room. A direct shot of our dining table, instead of standing to the side in order to see the dining room in its entirety. Great shot of a floor lamp at the entrance of one bedroom, instead of standing in another corner in order for the whole bedroom to be in the picture. It appears nobody with professional photography experience critiqued this trainee's work Before sending it on to my realtor. They were going to charge extra in order to come out for a re-shoot. Don't waste your $$ unless you know & have experience with specific photographers from Sold in a Snap. Do not accept the trainee until they have gone to multiple photography courses & have received honest feedback on their work. I strongly advise AGAINST using this establishment. They claimed that I did not return one of…read moretheir tablecloths and charged us for it. I know that I returned every single tablecloth they sent, but they still insisted that I was missing one. 1. I received all the tablecloths I ordered. 2. Two of the tablecloths were lighter in color. They looked like they were just older and faded black. 3. I am not a complainer and it was not worth the effort to call about that. There were two like that and we put them in the back. Also note, many of the tablecloths were stained. Again, moved them around to make them work. While this is another reason I would NEVER use or recommend RSVP again, that is not the issue here. 4. All tablecloths I received were returned. I am 100% sure of that. I was at the venue when they were piled up to return. I stacked them up and oversaw placing them in the bags. I also clean the venue after the events and nothing was left behind. Again, absolutely sure I returned what was given to me. 5.RSVP told me there was a green tablecloth in my return bags. I DO NOT OWN OR HAVE A GREEN TABLECLOTH. NO OTHER TABLECLOTHS WERE EVER AT THE VENUE. 6. If it is not RSVPs and I know it is not mine, how is it in my bag? BTW--our colors were black and white....not green. 7. Obviously, that is what RSVP sent me or RSVP has mixed something up. 8. RSVPs system is flawed if a green cloth is in my bag and RSVP says that it is not what they sent me. 9. This has become a he said, she said situation. 10. Thus the reason not to use their services, because they are charging me for something because THEY say I did not return it when I KNOW that I did. 11. This is just ridiculous! I regret ever walking into this place! 12. If anyone does not take my review seriously, I suggest you count EVERY SINGLE ITEM to the pickup person. Videotape the whole encounter. Guests were able to enter the photo booth and use props (boas, hats, sunglasses, etc..) to take fun pictures. How it works: The picture is displayed on the monitor for a few seconds and then the next picture is taken. A total of 4 pictures are taken, and after the 4th picture is taken all 4 pictures are displayed on the monitor for a few seconds. After the pictures were taken, we were given two copies, one for ourselves and one to put in a scrapbook for the bride and groom! After the event, the pictures are uploaded to an online gallery for guests to view and make copies if they wish.
