Denise is one amazing photographer. Not only is she naturally good with the camera, she is great at capturing the moment. Taking a picture is one thing, but capturing the essence of a subject is a whole other skill-one that Denise possesses. Denise took some photos of my family for our Christmas cards, this last December. I can say without a doubt that they were the best family photos that we've ever received from a photographer. Thank you for capturing some moments that we will cherish forever. read more

Photographers are artists. They either have a style in their finished product you'll enjoy, or they don't. Denise Hurdle definitely HAS IT. This isn't Denise's first rodeo, and her preparation, patience, and professionalism demonstrate that throughout the process. My wife scheduled us to show up with our newborn towards the end of September 2016. Denise had every single detail worked out. Every. Single. Detail. Diapers, wipers, and changing station setup for that inevitable baby-blow-out? Check. Boppie for breastfeeding mommies? Check. Snacks and drinks for mom and dad? Check. Thermostat set up to where it feels comfy/cozy/sleepy for our newborn? Check. Absolutely brilliant photographs as a result? JACKPOT. The only thing that presented any difficulty was choosing which photographs to turn into larger prints (tough problem to have, right??). All of the photos left us completely blown away, so much so that we opted to take every photo (digitally) she'd snapped. I cannot thank Denise Hurdle enough for capturing this special, precious moment in my daughter's life. My wife and I will cherish these moments captured by Denise literally for the rest of our lives. read more

We just used Denise for our 2nd child's newborn shoot and we couldn't be happier!!! From the moment I found Denise, her communication via email was timely and detailed and the actual shoot far exceeded our expectations. She is patient and excellent at her skill with the babies and our final photos came out amazing!! Her in home studio blew us away and showed us her many many years of experience at her craft. Would definitely recommend her...you won't be disappointed. read more

Denise photographed our little boy when he was only one week old. She was so gentle with him as she posed him and changed his outfits. She made the whole experience very enjoyable! She was super patient when he needed to be fed. She also was incredibly easy going when he pooped all over the floor and peed all over her (amazing how so much comes out of something so small haha)!!! Not only is she a pleasant person, all of her photographs came out soooo adorable! Denise's turn-around was speedy and she was always very responsive as well as pleasant to us whenever we had questions both before and after the shoot. We of course went back to her for our son's three month photos, which was yesterday, because we would not want to have him photographed by anyone else! If you are looking for a photographer for your little one, I strongly recommend Denise Hurdle Photography. read more

Denise took photos of my baby when he was 10 days old and they were AMAZING! I literally could not have asked for anything better than what she delivered. Where do I begin? Denise was AH-MAZING! She photographed our baby girl last month and she produced stunning photos of her and our growing family. The photos she took would be a treasure we would keep forever, a reminder of a memorable time in our life, the birth of our baby. Denise was very accommodating from the moment we made contact, to booking and session, all the way to the delivery of the photos. We came to our session and she was well prepared for us! She had snacks for us, toddler friendly place and comfortable nursing chair. We handed our baby to her and it was magic! Shes like a baby whisperer. She was able to capture so many cute photos of our baby. Not to mention she had a ton of outfits to choose from and we got different looks. She was also very patient and professional when our newborn did her business and made a mess. She didn't make us feel bad but assured us that it was normal for a newborn photographer. I would definitely recommend Denise for newborn and family photography need. read more

Denise is AMAZING!! She came to the hospital to shoot my family meeting baby for the first time and we have been with her ever since. Her studio is set up so professionally and she takes her time to always get the right shot. So glad we found her:) read more

Denise is absolutely amazing! We have used her for holiday mini sessions (Valentine's Day, Christmas etc), fall mini sessions, family photos, cake smash and the mommy and me sessions. We keep coming back so that should tell you how truly talented and amazing she is. She makes every photo session so easy and comfortable. My son is hesitant around people he doesn't know super well and he is super active so I can barely wrangle him for a photo. Somehow she managed to get my toddler to cooperate, smile and capture some of the most BEAUTIFUL photos I have. She provided everyone of our outfits (my dresses, kids clothes and bows) this made life of a busy mom of two under two so much less stressful and so convenient. She made everyone feel at ease and never rushed the session. If you are debating booking her I would highly recommend her from the bottom of my heart you will get breathtaking photos that you will cherish forever. read more

Denise was amazing to work with! I can't tell you how long I searched for a newborn photographer. It was hard to decide on someone especially since we're fairly new to the area. Denise was so patient and spent so much time with my newborn and family getting the perfect photos. She made it so say for us because she guided us through the whole photo shoot. She had such a gentle manner with my newborn. I actually learned some good tips on how to calm my newborn from her in the process! I was pleasantly surprised with how all of the photos turned out. We received so many compliments. I look forward to using Denise again for more photo shoots and I would definitely recommend her to others! read more

What a wonderful and caring photographer Denise is. You couldn't ask for a better experience! I highly recommend Denise Hurdle Photography

This woman is amazing. I'm so glad we got connected for her to do our newborn photoshoot! Our little one was not being an easy client but Denise was incredibly patient and sweet throughout the shoot, rocking, swaying and calming her over and over and over again. She was thoughtful and prepared with cute outfits & props in the colors I had mentioned I wanted. I love how many endless options of colors, wraps, headbands and props she has in her studio. You can tell she has so much experience with newborns and getting those squishy little bodies in adorable positions and wraps. I was SO impressed by the whole experience we had and will totally be doing more photoshoots to capture the moments ahead! If your looking for a sweet, thoughtful and experienced photographer this is your go-to person!! Thanks so much Denise! We are treasuring these photos you captured forever! read more

Denise did our maternity and newborn photos. They both turned out amazing! I especially loved our newborn photos! All my friends were impressed, especially when I told them that all the wraps and hats, etc. were hers and she supplied them for the shoot. These outfits and wraps made all the difference from what I've seen in Other newborn shoots. They aren't just regular swaddles and it made all the photos so darling. The only bad thing about her photos is that it is hard to choose which ones because they were all so dang cute!!! I definitely recommend Denise! P.s. She also let me borrow some dresses for the maternity shoot as well... who does that?!?! Only the best, most awesome photographer! read more
