Well they did and i ordered from their online portal at ~8am and my mom texted me the beautiful picture of them around 12:30pm. Beautiful arrangement, fast service, and the 'note' from me was even handwritten. Great job by a local florist! I will never order from a national branch again as they never come out the way they appear on the site.

I strongly advise AGAINST using this establishment. They claimed that I did not return one of…read moretheir tablecloths and charged us for it. I know that I returned every single tablecloth they sent, but they still insisted that I was missing one. 1. I received all the tablecloths I ordered. 2. Two of the tablecloths were lighter in color. They looked like they were just older and faded black. 3. I am not a complainer and it was not worth the effort to call about that. There were two like that and we put them in the back. Also note, many of the tablecloths were stained. Again, moved them around to make them work. While this is another reason I would NEVER use or recommend RSVP again, that is not the issue here. 4. All tablecloths I received were returned. I am 100% sure of that. I was at the venue when they were piled up to return. I stacked them up and oversaw placing them in the bags. I also clean the venue after the events and nothing was left behind. Again, absolutely sure I returned what was given to me. 5.RSVP told me there was a green tablecloth in my return bags. I DO NOT OWN OR HAVE A GREEN TABLECLOTH. NO OTHER TABLECLOTHS WERE EVER AT THE VENUE. 6. If it is not RSVPs and I know it is not mine, how is it in my bag? BTW--our colors were black and white....not green. 7. Obviously, that is what RSVP sent me or RSVP has mixed something up. 8. RSVPs system is flawed if a green cloth is in my bag and RSVP says that it is not what they sent me. 9. This has become a he said, she said situation. 10. Thus the reason not to use their services, because they are charging me for something because THEY say I did not return it when I KNOW that I did. 11. This is just ridiculous! I regret ever walking into this place! 12. If anyone does not take my review seriously, I suggest you count EVERY SINGLE ITEM to the pickup person. Videotape the whole encounter. Have them sign a document stating they put it in their truck! Although, I don't think she'd understand and believe you anyway. 13. This is infuriating, because without a doubt, all items were returned.

They also were frank with us and told us that for our table runners, we should just order them from tableclothsfactory.com because it would be cheaper that way. Their prices were very reasonable, and we saved hundreds of dollars compared to if we'd gone with another company in Waco. 10/10! Would absolutely recommend!

Incredibly excited to incredibly disappointed. That sums up the experience with DuBois. My wife…read moreand I came in looking for a new bedroom set and a budget of $4,000. I felt that was a fair budget and not the lowest, but also far from the highest. We were so excited when we found they had a new catalog we could view for a set, and after explaining what we wanted the salesman said, "There is a new set I think y'all would love." Sure enough, we loved it. We ordered it right there and he called the company to verify everything was in order and they confirmed it. The salesman then told us next week their floor display of that set was coming in, and that we should come in to look at it in person just to confirm it's what we expected. We went in the next week and sure enough we still loved the set. I asked the same salesman what the timeframe was for our set, and he said, "3-4 weeks from the date of order (June 5th, 2017)." We left and awaited the call. July 4th week rolled around, and I thought it was odd I still had not heard anything so I called in July 5th to check the status. The lady who answered asked for my information and then said she would call back with an update. When she called back she notified us the building warehouse shuts down the whole week of July 4th, and that she was sorry we got caught in that delay. She assured me the furniture would arrive no later than July 15th. Well... July 15th came and went, and we never heard. So on July 18th I called in and got the same questions asked and assured I'd get a callback when they found out what was going on. This time I got a callback from the original salesman and he said, "I'm calling you to let you know the warehouse ran out of all those sets and is having to build more. In that process they are waiting on a couple pieces to finish the set." I immediately called back and asked what the new eta would be. He told me, "well the parts they said won't get to them until August 6th, and then they need to assemble the rest of your set. We are estimating August 25th for arrival." I obviously voiced my displeasure, and reviewed my paperwork to confirm I could return my order for a full refund of the $3,500 purchase price we made back on June 5th. When I asked about that the salesman replied snarkely, "You can return it but what are you going to do about furniture?" Really!?!? I told him my wife and I would piece together a set through another source. He had no further comment about that but asked if we would keep the order if he could bring in the pieces that are done. He said there were two nightstands and a dresser done, but the bed frame, vanity, and additional pieces were not. They offered to loan us a "basic metal base" for our bed until the rest came. I declined, and here I am today going in to cancel my order for a refund. I would never "borrow" from a furniture store first of all, and second why is it that nobody was checking on orders and keeping customers up to date with changes?! I had to fish every ounce of information out of them at every turn. I don't want a partial bedroom set, and I don't want DuBois hanging onto $3,500 cash when I receive nothing in return for over two months!! June 5-Aug 25 is 12 weeks!! This could have been avoided with basic customer service skills like tracking your customer orders, and keeping your customer up to date! To add icing on the cake the salesman notified me it happens to "10% or so of our orders and I'm sorry it happened to you." Really!? 1 in 10 or even possibly worse odds of this happening to your clients!? That's awful, and something you shouldn't admit! My advice? SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Don't risk being the 1 in ten or worse that gets what we got! DuBois is making some sweet interest off of suckers waiting 12 weeks for furniture they paid for! First and last purchase... maybe try some customer service, or screen your wholesalers so you're not disappointing 10% or so of every client walking in your doors. Grade: 0. Not even worth a letter grade... this is like signing up for a class you never attended! Total and utter failure.
