If you need cleaning services right now, this is a great one to consider. The owner is very kind…read moreand reaches out in a timely manner via text or phone call. The ladies will also bring their own equipment and face masks to utilize while working inside your home, ensuring safety for both themselves and your family. No spot is left unturned, and they even provide you with time/money saving tips beforehand. We used them for our recent move out clean, and they made sure to ask us to self clean the oven before our appointment so that the ladies wouldn't have to spend their allotted time scrubbing that out. Their pay is determined by the number of hours in which they clean, so we appreciated the courtesy. The end result was perfect, and our pictures for the sale listing came out wonderful. They checked every cabinet and drawer, being so thoughtful as to text me pictures of anything they found in case it needed to be added to the pile of items we had already hired a trash service to come and collect. I find their pricing to be competitive for the area, and right on par with the level of service they provide. With all of us spending so much time in our homes this year, give yourself a break and hire them to help you out around the holidays. You will love how clean your house feels afterwards!

Overall my experience with Marse Cleaning and would use them again. The crew of 3 arrived within…read morethe agreed upon window, which helped me tremendously with my schedule - as I was working from home. During the scheduling process, Jannet (sp?) was extremely responsive, which was impressive. She explained some of the negative reviews I'd come across and I was satisfied with her explanation. After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace. Personally, it made me increase my respect for Marse and resolve to give a positive review for them, recommend others use them, and openly say - I would use them again, definitely! My oven was sparkling like it was the day I moved in! The flat fee charged was fair and reasonable. THANK YOU!

Initial promised price - $152.99 for a regular cleaning with kid friendly supplies…read more I was made to sign a document, without first receiving any confirmation on the time they'd visit - which was fine I guess. Though, they gave me a time slot that was outside the scope I asked for making me rush things to accommodate for them - this was a bit unwanted. Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). Feel like I was ripped off.
