They said something about it needing 20 minutes to sit, and they'd return. So I stepped into another room of the home, to be out of their way. They hadn't gone to get anything. What they had actually done, was pack their stuff and driven away. I checked my security camera when they hadn't come back into the house after about 25 minutes. They flat out lied to me! I got a text a few minutes after that saying they had completely cancelled my cleaning. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. For what they tried to charge, I was expecting something a lot better than being lied to and unable to communicate with the people sent to do the job. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This may be undesirable for larger homes due to the time and effort required. Our home is 1911 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, two offices, and a large living and dining area. We also have five cats so lots of fur floating around, and we have not had a deep clean of the house in over a year. Ishimwe arrived promptly at 8am each day. It took 14hrs (8am-4:30pm & 8am-2:30pm) over two days for Ishimwe to complete the deep clean for which I paid him a total, after tip, of $390. This may not be agreeable to many but my schedule has enough flexibility to accommodate the extended hours. Ishimwe works perhaps a bit slower than some, but he makes up for it by being meticulous and he brings and uses all of his own supplies. He seemed amenable to using my products if that's what I wanted. He even defurred two of the cat beds which I certainly did not expect him to do, but the cats appreciated it. The total list that I provided Ishimwe in my Yelp project detail was: Clean stove Clean Microwave Clean oven Clean microwave Clean Refrigerator Wipe down kitchen cabinets Clean Baseboards Vacuum all floors and carpets Mop all tile Bona mop all hardwood floors Dust Window sills Dust Blinds Dust Tops of doors Dust furniture Dust light fixtures and fan blades Dust bookshelves and mantle Wipe down treadmill Wipe off lightbulbs Clean interior glass Clean mirrors Clean tubs and tile Clean showers including shower glass Clean toilets He is a nice young man that is clearly hustling to get by. We were moving and had 3 of the 5 bedrooms empty and we keep the house fairly clean but we wanted to find a Housecleaner to prepare the house for listing it to sell, However, when my husband got home, she charged us $50 more than I was told and my husband paid it unknowingly. $178 total When I got home these were all the things found not completed !!!!! I called Guy and he did not call me but had Rebecca call me and she assured me she'd come back and clean it. Then i came down with Covid (4-5 weeks) so everything was postponed to ensure the housekeeper would be safe to clean once we left the house to the new house. So fast forward to that day and she said she'd be there at noon. But then I got these other texts from her as to why she was late each hour and by 6:30pm I had had enough of her nonsense. Guy did refund us $50 but very very disappointed in the terrible lack of housecleaning and that she never came back back to complete job at our scheduled time!!! We are also missing a new prescription that we never found. We do not recommend this company for cleaning! Not dependable, not professional and waste of money and time!!! I was not happy and told him that and no longer trusted their cleaners to return and make it right.
