On time. Wonderful service! Great job! I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Best cleaning experience I've ever had! The team went above and beyond my expectations! They were thorough and took the time to address every corner of my home. Wish I had before and after pictures to share because it was a full 180! The price felt low for the incredible service I received. If you're looking for a reliable cleaning service that delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend Modern Maids. I will definitely be using their services again! read more

I requested a deep cleaning service for a bedroom, bathroom, and small hallway area. The people who were sent to my home, could barely speak English. I couldn't ever get them to fully understand what I wanted them to do. They told me they were going back to the car to get a chemical for the bathroom. They said something about it needing 20 minutes to sit, and they'd return. So I stepped into another room of the home, to be out of their way. They hadn't gone to get anything. What they had actually done, was pack their stuff and driven away. I checked my security camera when they hadn't come back into the house after about 25 minutes. They flat out lied to me! I got a text a few minutes after that saying they had completely cancelled my cleaning. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. For what they tried to charge, I was expecting something a lot better than being lied to and unable to communicate with the people sent to do the job. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

absolutely terrible job and completely unreliable. Tried to have them consistently for over a year. There were problems literally every week they wouldn't do rooms wouldn't come back were rude to my family. The cleaning job was extremely poor and things often went missing in the house after they cleaned. I should've canceled sooner, but I'm extremely busy working mom. I would never use them again and would recommend not to use them to anyone else. read more

I used modern maids for move out cleaning. Honestly, I was quite disappointed. Unlike the "deep cleaning" advertised, it was rather superficially done. I was told that it would take 3-3.5 hours so I left to give them space to do their job. I came back at 3 hour mark and the cleaners were already gone and left my doors unlocked. However, dishwasher was not cleaned and still dirty. Tops of cabinets were not dusted. Kitchen countertop was not cleaned and there was still sticky residue that was still left over. The trims and window sill as well as the floor still had dust. I honestly could not believe I paid close to $400 for such a sloppy job. My husband and I went back and cleaned again afterwards. I absolutely would not recommend it. So disappointing. read more

I use Modern Maids about 4 times a year to help get my house clean before a big event or holiday when I'm running short on time. Every time they have done a fantastic job. I have had 3 different teams clean my home and all of them have been thorough, did the service I requested and left my home spotless. Modern Maids is a service you can trust to take care of your home. read more

A family member suggested we try this place out and we even asked for the same cleaning team they used and got them and were very happy with the cleaning. The nice thing about the service is you can do it whenever you want, we were going to hire someone 2 times a month, but we don't need 2x cleaning a month and you can also select the number of rooms, we have a guest room that doesn't need to be cleaned very often, so I can just select 2 bedroom and 3 bath and lower the price. Now one thing I wish they do is use our steam mop and not the normal mop, were not big on the smell of the cleaner even if it is pet safe. Happy Cleaning !! read more

It was ok. I was told I would be notified when the housekeeper was on her way and was not. I was not thrilled with the cleaning job and found it subpar and extremely rushed. The upstairs bedroom was still in disarray- pillows not fluffed and the floors were not vacuumed well at all. The furniture was not put back in the correct place and the couch was not vacuumed under the cushions. I left specific instructions for marble pieces of furniture to be cleaned by using a vacuum brush to remove dust and this was not done. The blinds in the bedroom were still very dusty and the ceiling fan blades were not dusted either. We paid extra for a deep clean and I feel as though this is a normal clean that i usually do myself. My boyfriend said "I don't really notice a difference in this clean and when you clean, i think you could've done this." Good to save time, but will not be using again. Update: the owner reached out to discuss and rectify. I think that is a very great thing in today's world of fast service and not much customer service- with that being said I'm giving a 4 star review and would like to thank the owner for following up with me to help find a solution. read more

I found this company on Instagram. Things started out promisingly, the owner, Justin, came to my house to look things over and see what I wanted done. I was very detailed and specific. We arranged a time for to come and clean house. I came home after the cleaning to find an incomplete, unsatisfactory job done. It was obvious that my instructions were not followed. I called Justin, sent him photos of what wasn't clean, & he sent the person back to redo what wasn't done the next day. Very little changed after the 2nd trip. I let Justin know I remain dissatisfied and I will not be continuing with Modern Maids. VERY Disappointing service. read more

Booked a deep cleaning while out of town. The lock box I left was giving the team issues, but they persisted in figuring it out. I returned home to find my house is the cleanest it has ever been. I am still finding areas that were cleaned that I was not expecting. I have 2 little kids, so not only was my house in need of quality cleaning, I am so grateful for the amazing job they did. I am going to continue with monthly cleaning. I highly recommend this service. read more

I scheduled a DEEP cleaning and like a few other customers pointed out ... I too didn't even get a basic standard cleaning. My floors were not swept or mopped, one of the bathrooms they didn't even step foot into let alone clean, furniture wasn't wiped down at all, kitchen cabinets untouched, kitchen appliances untouched, no cleaning done behind any furniture, and the list goes on. I'm appalled. read more

Ricardo and Dulce are very thorough and timely. I Would definitely recommend them to others

I have been using this company for a year. They do a great job cleaning my apartment. The website is user friendly and easy to schedule or reschedule your service as needed. They are efficient, use good quality cleaning products and have great attention to detail. The service staff is friendly and easy to work with. I am very happy with this company and highly recommend their services. read more

Good if you're looking for a maintenance clean, but not for a deep clean. You'll end up paying extra ($100 extra, for me) for no extra work to be done. read more

I am extremely pleased with Modern Maids and their incredible staff. I have been using their service for almost a year now, and it is a game/life changer. A clean home helps you mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. Do yourself a favor and book them. I was struggling before I reached out to them to help order/organize/and restructure my home. The young lady that came to my home was efficient, quick, thoughtful, and thorough. I didn't feel judged and her kindness was needed. AND, it didn't just stop at the cleaning! When I initially called I explained to Amie what I was dealing with and she comforted me and reassured me that I needn't feel embarrassed, and that they were there to help! They did! My home is my safe space and I look forward to having my home cleaned! I want to also mention that it's not just my main cleaner who does a great job, I was blessed with another member of their team and my goodness... they definitely maintain the same standards of excellence across the board! Please don't cheat yourself! A form of self care is also hiring someone to help make your life easier! Hiring Modern Maids is one of the BEST decisions I've ever made!!! God bless Amie and the two team members I've had the pleaser of having in my home! read more

We've been needing a maintenance cleaning for our home and when I saw Modern Maids has a 50% off promo for recurring cleanings, we took advantage! Love love love that they use natural cleaners. We don't have any of the toxic products in our house so it was comforting knowing what products they use. Brenda was super sweet and thorough. She went above and beyond and really appreciated her! Definitely worth the investment and love that you can schedule weekly, biweekly or monthly! read more

I love love love modern-maids!! Everyone they have sent to clean my apartment has been amazing. Yadi was the first person that came to clean and she left my place impeccable! Today Yadi wasn't available so they sent me Vilma, well I'm convinced that all their people are wonderful. I got the pleasure of meeting Vilma in person, she is so nice and caring. My pup fell in love with her the moment she walked in. Feeling confortable leaving my pup with someone is so important and I definitely knew my pup and home were in good hands with Vilma. I can literally eat off this floor! I work full time and go to school full time, so coming home to a clean home and a content dog... well that feeling of calm & relief is a gift. Thank you modern maids, you amaze me every time! You have a loyal customer here! I will keep recommending you to everyone I know! read more

I requested deep cleaning but didn't get even the basics. There was dust everywhere, they didn't clean the TV media console, mirrors, shower still had dirty spots. They sent another team the second day and they were supposed to redo everything but they only tried to do what was left from the first day, they still missed cleaning the baseboards and light fixtures. Not worth the price. I also had to mop the floor after they left. read more

The cleaning itself was exactly what I wanted, but they were over an hour and 1/2 late past the already 2 hour window they give. I booked a move out service, so I was sitting in an empty apartment for over 3 hours waiting. I also called the number multiple times and no one answered (during business hours). I was not updated the cleaners would be late until 40 min past my cleaning time. Again, the cleaning was done well and was up to my standards, but the overall customer experience made me not want to book with them again. It was a frustrating experience and I'm not sure I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

Wonderful service and so easy to book online! They did a great job. Definitely recommend.

WORST cleaning service I have ever used. Came home to my townhouse smelling like it WAS ON FIRE!!! THEY LEFT MY OVEN ON BAKE AT 500 DEGREES!!!! For god knows how long!!!! I rushed to turn it off because smoke was billowing out of it! Everything inside is ruined! My house smells like an ashtray! They could have burnt my home down!!! Totally irresponsible! Next, my furniture was everywhere. It was like they moved every piece of furniture I own but didn't put it back even close to where it was. My windows were not cleaned! My bathroom was not cleaned very well and surprise but I have not been able to get ahold of them now! EDIT: I got a call back with an apology and a refund. read more

The cleaners arrived on schedule, worked diligently and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I was very hesitant to hiring a cleaning company because I've never actually done so, however, since I was moving out of my apartment and needed it cleaned well for my deposit back. Calling cleaning companies was a pain and extremely hard. I finally gave in and checked Yelp and found Modern Maids. Literally within 2 minutes I had a cleaning scheduled. On the day of the cleaning, my service arrived promptly and finished quickly. I was hesitant as to how quick the job was done BUT WOW! I was amazed at how detailed she was in such a short amount of time. I could have never cleaned so well in the amount of time that it took. It would have taken me hours! I'm absolutely hiring again just to clean my new home. Love this service!! read more

This service did not meet my expectations at all. I paid extra for deep clean, windows, and use of green cleaning products and none of these things were completed. I was really looking forward to a professional cleaning but unfortunately did not get professional level service. read more

I was looking for a move out cleaning for the next day. I was able to schedule an appointment online and leave my key under the mat. When we went to check later in the day it was spotless and pristine! Couldn't have been easier. So pleased with the easy booking, quick service and end result. read more

Mina came and really took her time. I was originally skeptical on what a "deep clean" really meant as it has been my first maid cleaning experience. Mina really exceeded my expectations. I called modern maids back to praise them and they informed me that unless I am unsatisfied with my maid that she will be my assigned maid. That being said I am so happy that she is the person who is coming into my home to clean. Trust is so important and I really do trust modern maids to get the job done with grace. She even set up my daughters little stuffed animals on her bed. Just the extra chef's kiss details that really make modern maids worth trying. read more

I am so happy with my biweekly service. I get the same lady, her work ethic is never ending. She leaves my house immaculate. Modern Maids are happy to work around our schedule (vacations etc.) read more

I was originally drawn to Modern Maids because they offer a great discount on subscription cleans. I've been on the subscription package for a few months now (long enough to tell if it's worth it) and I could not be more impressed! It's nice having upfront pricing and being able to take care of everything from an app. I have my cleans set up for every other Tuesday and every time I come home from work on these days I'm thoroughly impressed. Thank you for giving me peace of mind when it comes to getting my home cleaned! read more
