The service tech said for a cabin and engine air filter "it's normally $80 but I got you for $55"...you can buy both from the store for $35. When I declined, 5 minutes later all of a sudden the guy found a coupon for it and could give both to me for only $20. Then come to find out my bill was $137 with the oil change and the two filters. The total should have been $80 after the discount they gave me applied. If you're going for an oil change, I suggest rolling your window up and only talk to them when they ask you to pay for the service otherwise you'll get every suggestion under the sun and over charged for all of it.

My engine started overheating cause all the coolant sprayed out and called to complain and they said to bring it in to top it off. I had to top it off myself because there was no way it was going to make it back without it. I still brought it back because it was still overheating and they did fix the issue, gave a free transmission fluid change, and half off next oil change (though I do think it should be free given how severe this could've been).
