Our soccer team orders our jerseys through this company, and we recently had a small mix-up with…read moreour order. I ordered two jerseys one adult small for myself and one youth size for my son but when they arrived, we received two adult smalls instead. Unfortunately, that meant my son had to wear a very oversized jersey for his first couple of games. I brought it in this past week to get everything figured out, and I was really happy with how they handled it. The gentleman helping me was very nice, was already aware of the situation, and immediately got the correct size ordered for us. He said it should be here within a few days. They also let us keep the extra adult jersey that was sent by mistake, so now my older daughter has a team jersey too, which was a nice little bonus! Mistakes happen, and for me, customer service is really about how a business handles them afterward. They were friendly, helpful, and made it right without giving me a hard time. Overall, I'm happy with how everything was handled and would definitely use them again.
