I ultimately chose to do their "in house" dental because I was pleased with my initial visit. When I returned to have minor dental work done; they took their time to make sure I was calm and repeatedly asked if I wanted a break during the procedure. This was something huge to me because I was very anxious. The only reason this isn't a five star review is because I think there was a slight lack of consistency among the staff when it came to communicating. When I checked in the receptionist asked if I had anything going on and I said just the usual issues she knows about. She had always done my cleanings in the past so when someone else came to get me I was surprised. At the end of my visit, the receptionist came back in and said the reason why she asked me if anything was going on was because my insurance didn't pay for the doctor to come talk to me. I've never had a doctor, while being at their practice, not come talk to me because my insurance didn't pay them to speak to me. Just so bizarre. There were honestly red flags before this with all my friends/family switching and staff turnover. Every time I went someone had left and there was a new face not to mention the building is very run down. I wish I had listened to my gut years ago. Avoid this place if you can!

The front desk staff is consistently friendly and helpful, the dental assistants make sure I'm comfortable (including nitrous at the ready), and Dr. Spears always comes by to check in and explain anything that needs explaining.

I feel I have been very complexed and I am telling you guys they are amazing and I go so often which I love bc it makes me feel more secure and safer. When all this is healed and the dentures get where they need to be honestly I sure am going to miss them going from frequent Visits to less Visits.
