I googled Dentist in the area, that's when Dentist of Lake Worth popped up. I saw ad for an Exam, X-ray and Cleaning for $59.00 so, I quickly made an appointment online. They had an opening the next day! Everything went as planned! Praise the Lord. Dentist of Lake Worth is right in the heart of Lake Worth. There's lots of traffic and lots of sunshine in the area. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. All the paperwork is done on the apple iPad. The Dental Assistant had a calm spirit about herself and explained everything she was doing. She even complimented my Oral Hygiene. I don't mean to brag but, I worked really hard this year to keep the Cavities away and I did! Go meee! Lol! She said, YOU TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR TEETH!. I was like Thank You! The X-rays are the best I've ever had! Lol. Who says that about an X-rays. I do. In the past they have been painful. They do digital X-rays versus the film X-ray which makes more comfy and easy to insert in the mouth. The Dentist was incredibly nice and personable. He is from Israel! Sorry forgot his name. He cleaned by teeth very quickly and efficiently. I feel like it, did not take long at all! Fluoride was included with the exam at no extra charge and I got a free pack of Floss threaders which I desperately needed! PTL! The office assistant scheduled my six month follow up and offered a payment plan options for next time. I'll be in in another six months because, I finally found an honest Dentist! I don't know anybody who loves going to the dentist, but seeing Dr. Desai was painless and easy - and I had a lot of work done, since I had cracked a tooth and needed six fillings and a crown. I have a bit of a dental phobia and had not been to see a dentist in far too long, but I'm so glad I found Dr. Desai, and so happy her office takes my insurance! Thanks Dr. Desai and team! I will NOT be nervous about keeping up with six month cleanings anymore!

I specifically asked for a consultation on how much that would cost with my insurance being out of network. BEFORE making appt i reiterated i wanted a consultation only and asked if there would be any fee to me being out of network. 'No, your consultation is covered.' CONSULTATIONS ARE NOT FREE apparently , they billed my insurance subsequently for a $91.00 visit out of network. They got paid $46.00 and I received a prompt text that I needed to pay an additional $45.00! I don't really care they got paid the $46.00 but to harass me for $45.00 for 6 minutes of being with the 'Doctor' to tell me it would be $1000 out of pocked for tooth #7 flipper is outrageous. NO X-RAYS: nothing but a few minutes of 'consultation'. SO I GUESS SHE WANTS TO MAKE $910/hr if you extrapolate that math????? before hardware??????? My new tooth feels even better than my old one. Also big shout out to the staff, the treatment coordinator gave me an accurate and fair quote before the treatment over the phone (many I called would not do this) and was very pleasant. I also really appreciated Dasia the dental assistant, she has a lot of experience and her calming and pleasant demeanor definitely helped ease my nerves (I am a very nervous patient lol). I had to check it out. The reviews were amazing. They all seemed to be five star reviews. I have had many problems in the past with Dentist and I have avoided them since 2013. By now my mouth is a disaster zone. The quality of care from the beginning was top-notch and they are very understanding and gentle with you. You get a wonderful experience when you arrive, greeted with smiles, and everyone treats you with respect. They seem to know that you're going through some issues. They are even more gentle if they know you've had problems in the past and you might fear the dentist. I'm happy I found this place and I look forward to the work that's going to be done here. Terrible experience…read more I normally do not leave reviews, and I am usually willing to let a bad experience go without saying anything. However, this experience was significant enough that I feel it is important to share what happened. This was my first visit to Fort Worth Dental. No dental treatment was provided. I left the appointment without receiving the care I came in for, yet the practice still submitted a claim to my insurance. During the appointment, I was accused by the dentist Dr. Pham three separate times of drug use based on the condition of my teeth. I do not use drugs. I also do not believe the condition of my teeth was severe enough to warrant such an accusation, particularly from someone who had no knowledge of my dental history. What I found especially unprofessional and ignorant was that, after I corrected the accusation, it was repeated rather than acknowledged and moved past. As a patient, you have to trust your dental provider to listen to you, respect you, and approach your care professionally. I felt that trust was violated during my very first visit. Patients should be able to seek dental care without being subjected to unsupported accusations, particularly when those accusations are repeated after being corrected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values being treated with basic respect, professionalism, and trust. The dentist was confidently incorrect and made the entire situation extremely unprofessional.
