Terrible experience…read more I normally do not leave reviews, and I am usually willing to let a bad experience go without saying anything. However, this experience was significant enough that I feel it is important to share what happened. This was my first visit to Fort Worth Dental. No dental treatment was provided. I left the appointment without receiving the care I came in for, yet the practice still submitted a claim to my insurance. During the appointment, I was accused by the dentist Dr. Pham three separate times of drug use based on the condition of my teeth. I do not use drugs. I also do not believe the condition of my teeth was severe enough to warrant such an accusation, particularly from someone who had no knowledge of my dental history. What I found especially unprofessional and ignorant was that, after I corrected the accusation, it was repeated rather than acknowledged and moved past. As a patient, you have to trust your dental provider to listen to you, respect you, and approach your care professionally. I felt that trust was violated during my very first visit. Patients should be able to seek dental care without being subjected to unsupported accusations, particularly when those accusations are repeated after being corrected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values being treated with basic respect, professionalism, and trust. The dentist was confidently incorrect and made the entire situation extremely unprofessional.

It was a totally different experience than previous dentist offices -- they noticed I was cold and got me a blanket, and during treatment they put on a movie of my choice to distract me -- small things that just made the experience more tolerable! The dentist herself was thorough about my teeth and helpful in her explanations but she -- and her staff -- were so friendly and fun to talk to! They made me feel so welcome and honestly part of the crew for the brief time I was there.

Dr Christensen wanted to send us to an oral surgeon and recommend dentures. He refused to pull the tooth or do anything to relieve the pain, he was very rude and condescending. My dad has Alzheimer's and did not know why we were leaving without getting anything done. We left and went to another dentist who pulled the tooth, they went above and beyond to help my dad. The office staff was friendly but I would not go there again. If I could give a negative rating if I could.

When I arrived she knew who I was before I said anything, so apparently she has ESP (or she's intelligent and aware enough to put two and two together). I waited just a few minutes before Christie, the dental hygienist called me back. On the phone I told Gena that I had spinal surgery 6 weeks ago and Christie was already aware of my history. She was concerned about my level of comfort and continued to inquire throughout the visit. Christie was very easy to get along with and did such a great job cleaning my teeth. I love the way they feel right now :) The dentist I saw was Dr. Wilkinson. When he came in we talked for a moment before he examined my teeth and I found him to be both professional and caring. Beware of the front desk new receptionist HOLLY - she told the dentist I am always a dread to get a…read morecall from. Just a couple of months ago I took the office an edible arrangement for being an awesome team and now it turns out I'm a DREAD. I have always spoken to Jamie and Cristina at the front desk and this new lady thinks very highly of herself. I told the doctor if he had ever gotten a complain from anyone else and he said I was rude. I told him it was just the lady with the hair done and long lashes and he said it was "F****d up" IN THOSE words that I was "making fun of someone's appearance " I told him on the contrary- I'm telling him she clearly focuses too much on her appearance than customer service and he walked off. I agreed to never call to schedule anything anymore and asked Jamie to please just call or email. The doctor also told me they are bending over backwards for me, and that they are not charging me. I've paid over 10k in treatment at this office. He claims that my first Invisalign treatment failed because I stopped coming to the visits? Then I'm really confused who did my root canals and multiple crowns and fillings throughout this whole time. As a domestic abuse survivor, getting yelled at by a man is a huge trigger because my body absolutely feels like I'm going to get striked across the face next. I left with my hands shaking and apologized to Jamie and Talicia who is my Invisalign specialist. Just walking up to the build shows how comfortable the staff is willing to go to make you comfortable. The building is themed around trains and has a train track that they run outside when the weather is good and each holiday they put out a munch of cool decorations! Even during Christmas they change they sign to say "North POLE Family dental"! Isn't that great? when you enter you are greeted by the great staff at reception to help you get all set up and they always remember who I am by name! the waiting area is very comfortable with chairs and lounging couches to sit and read the magazines. Or you can watch the move that is playing, always a family friendly movie but a wonderful variety. Also there is a large model train that always runs through EACH office in the building, and its themed each season as well. When they call you back, all of the staff have wonderful bed side manner and will remember things you told them and ask how your are doing since previous. the Doctor is super helpful and informative. She will not force you to do anything extra like I've known others to do! she Honestly just wants people to have clean and healthy teeth! each Hygienist and the Dr are very gentle and make the entire process easy. I would highly recommend to anyone, and have convinced people to make this Dr their full time dentist even though they and I live over an hour away!
