Dr. Bentley talks you through the whole process so you always know what to expect and his personality has a way of keeping you calm. He is very knowledgable and presents all your options for you to make the best decision based on the facts. It took them over a month to respond to my 5 messages about a question I had on my bill (more in 3) and a request to update my treatment plan 3. They charged me $731 for a root canal that my insurance had listed as $31. I would not have known to cross reference the insurance form with my dental bill had I not gone for a second opinion. 4. I had to go to an endodontist because they failed to provide me with treatment options and put a crown over a tooth that needed a root canal. A few months ago, I found Dr. Tillman from his reputation with patients. They explained to me that they run insurance estimates prior to, and that all payments would be required in advance or upon service. I had prepaid the amount quoted and then had some needed dental work done on top of that. Prepaid both times, and was told on my last visit that I was square. Turns out that wasn't true and now they claim I owed money from my first xray visit. Why wasn't this brought up on the follow up visit? Or the visit after that for corrections to the initial work? They will essentially balance bill you and say it was an estimate. I also had an appointment scheduled this week (for today), but they didn't have me on the schedule. Dr. Tillman personally called me on Jan 3rd to follow up on the remainder of the treatment plan HE recommended. Someone got confused and didn't add me to the schedule and they have no record of it. Funny how I have the voicemail and phone record for it. Dishonest and disorganized is how I'd summarize it. Dr. Tillman clearly cares for his patients, but something is disorganized and it's not me.

This is the second time I came into this business where the lady in the front desk was rude and unfriendly to me. When I walked in, she stared at me (she wasn't busy at the time), never smiled, never said hello and curtly said, "What is your name?" in an annoyed rude curt tone. BUT ONE MINUTE LATER a Caucasian male walked in and she was super sweet as pie to him and said "Hello! How can I help you Sir? What is your name please?" Totally different treatment like night and day. She treated him with the utmost respect in front of me one minute after she treated me like crap. When I complained they told me to find another dentist which I did. My dentist who I have been with for years now is a million times better than this one. The old female who is the receptionist is a miserable hateful person who dislikes Asians obviously. Their lame response below "We are sorry you feel this way" is NOT an apology. It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem.
