Terrible experience…read more I normally do not leave reviews, and I am usually willing to let a bad experience go without saying anything. However, this experience was significant enough that I feel it is important to share what happened. This was my first visit to Fort Worth Dental. No dental treatment was provided. I left the appointment without receiving the care I came in for, yet the practice still submitted a claim to my insurance. During the appointment, I was accused by the dentist Dr. Pham three separate times of drug use based on the condition of my teeth. I do not use drugs. I also do not believe the condition of my teeth was severe enough to warrant such an accusation, particularly from someone who had no knowledge of my dental history. What I found especially unprofessional and ignorant was that, after I corrected the accusation, it was repeated rather than acknowledged and moved past. As a patient, you have to trust your dental provider to listen to you, respect you, and approach your care professionally. I felt that trust was violated during my very first visit. Patients should be able to seek dental care without being subjected to unsupported accusations, particularly when those accusations are repeated after being corrected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values being treated with basic respect, professionalism, and trust. The dentist was confidently incorrect and made the entire situation extremely unprofessional.

I went back for my annual beginning of May , new dental hygienist (whom recommended Invisalign) to which I responded that i had done it and was disappointed in results. I was told could redo for free in time period since I had them . Measurements were taken etc. and assurance of trays ordered , etc. I needed new replacement brush heads and told they were ordered and would let me know as soon as they got in . 2 weeks ; nothing I contacted them and then was told still out of brush heads and Dr. was gone and they would need to call me back about Invisalign replacements within 3 days . One week goes by I contact office with no response . Two weeks and ask for manager and to which she responds she will look into Invisalign replacement and they are still out of replacement heads for my toothbrush. She assures me she will contact me that afternoon potentially but next day for sure . AGAIN NOTHING . 1 week later I have STILL not heard any thing and I'm DONE. I'm switching dental

It's conveniently located on Hulen Street across from Hulen Mall. It has a modern storefront and is modern inside. They have a friendly Receptionist, a professional Dental Assistant. The Female Dentist was personable and complimented my Oral Hygiene Care. Their equipment is modern so, it makes the X-rays comfortable. The D.A. polished my teeth with a flavored mint on top and a flavored Cherry polish on my bottom teeth. What nice treat? The polish was not too gritty either. She also flossed my teeth and really got in between them. Such a nice feeling! I have not had someone floss my teeth like that before! They offer a free Dental Kit for their Patients. Just grab one as you leave. So, if you have not scheduled your 6 months routine cleaning. I would book it here. Im sure you won't regret it.

Went in for a cleaning yesterday, after…read moretaking forever with my x-rays, Dr. Al-Gaissi came in a did his exam which was one of the most painful dental exams I've had. He measured almost half my teeth at 5mm and told me I had bone loss. which I was shocked by - I've always had bad gums, but have never been told it was that bad. They showed me X-rays that I didn't understand and were not very clear in explaining it. It was all super rushed. To make it worse, he became very rude about it all and I felt very shamed about the state of my teeth. I know they were not in great shape but the way I was spoken to was condescending. Then, the office manager came in a showed me it would be almost $600 for the deep clean they were recommending. When I said it was too much and asked if they could just do a regular cleaning a dental hygienist told me it wouldn't do me any good and they refused to do it. They were extremely pushy about doing the deep cleaning same day. The appointment at this point had been an hour without a cleaning so I was able to get out of it by scheduling it for the end of the week. I just had a bad feeling about it all so I was thankfully able to get in for a second opinion at another dentist. At this appointment, none of my teeth were at 5mm, no regression, absolutely no bone loss and they caught a cavity that this dentist missed. It was inflamed which I expected as I do have bad gums. I was able to get an upgraded gingivitis cleaning, an exam, paid for new X-rays out of pocket, got my cavity filled, and an antibacterial wash for $250 - almost half of what I was quoted for one deep cleaning at Hulen modern dentistry. TLDR: Do not waste your time or money here. Especially if you have sensitive gums because they'll likely tell you that you have conditions you don't have. Cash hungry and rude doctor.

I had to check it out. The reviews were amazing. They all seemed to be five star reviews. I have had many problems in the past with Dentist and I have avoided them since 2013. By now my mouth is a disaster zone. The quality of care from the beginning was top-notch and they are very understanding and gentle with you. You get a wonderful experience when you arrive, greeted with smiles, and everyone treats you with respect. They seem to know that you're going through some issues. They are even more gentle if they know you've had problems in the past and you might fear the dentist. I'm happy I found this place and I look forward to the work that's going to be done here. Dr. Parikh is awesome and I'm glad I found this place .
