This is a review for the customer service I received in 2019 front the obese old white female who…read morewas the receptionist at the front desk and not the dental services itself. This is the second time I came into this business where the lady in the front desk was rude and unfriendly to me. When I walked in, she stared at me (she wasn't busy at the time), never smiled, never said hello and curtly said, "What is your name?" in an annoyed rude curt tone. BUT ONE MINUTE LATER a Caucasian male walked in and she was super sweet as pie to him and said "Hello! How can I help you Sir? What is your name please?" Totally different treatment like night and day. She treated him with the utmost respect in front of me one minute after she treated me like crap. When I complained they told me to find another dentist which I did. My dentist who I have been with for years now is a million times better than this one. The old female who is the receptionist is a miserable hateful person who dislikes Asians obviously. Their lame response below "We are sorry you feel this way" is NOT an apology. It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem. It is a really crappy and fake response that reflects their lack of empathy.

The manager called me the day before my appointment to inform me that they had incorrectly added my number to their appointment reminder system and they would still be charging me a cancellation fee even though I only wanted to reschedule my appointment, not cancel it. It's conveniently located on Hulen Street across from Hulen Mall. It has a modern storefront and is modern inside. They have a friendly Receptionist, a professional Dental Assistant. The Female Dentist was personable and complimented my Oral Hygiene Care. Their equipment is modern so, it makes the X-rays comfortable. The D.A. polished my teeth with a flavored mint on top and a flavored Cherry polish on my bottom teeth. What nice treat? The polish was not too gritty either. She also flossed my teeth and really got in between them. Such a nice feeling! I have not had someone floss my teeth like that before! They offer a free Dental Kit for their Patients. Just grab one as you leave. So, if you have not scheduled your 6 months routine cleaning. I would book it here. Im sure you won't regret it.

My dentist, Dr Saheb (she was kind, and I should've waiting till she was back) was out that day, so I saw Dr Al-Gaissi instead. He was extremely condescending, cold, and rude. I have never been so disrespected by a health professional in my life. He completely dismissed my pain - cut me off to tell me "you'd be screaming if it hurt," when using air to check for sensitivity. Told me I had "horrible" build up and that I was past due for cleaning (I had gotten my teeth deep cleaned the week before). And asked no additional questions, really driving home his complete apathy for my situation. I could tell even the dental hygienist was shocked at his behavior, because while he left me in tears - she provided more comfort and advice for if the pain persisted. She was the best part of my multi-appointment experience. I do not recommend this office to anyone. While they were quick to get me in - I wish I had gotten care elsewhere.

Asked if I wanted to use my other insurance but yet still canceled my appointment. Previous dental appointments will have you sitting for 30 minutes to get seen and then they want to offer a free Studio Movie Grill certificate as if that helps. Previous dental appointment for my daughter the dentist here tried to charge me $4,000 dollars for cavities which did not need a root canal. I took my daughter back my old dentist and she said they were just cavities only charged me $300 dollars. If you are a veteran don't go here they are not trustworthy with services and will overcharge you along with canceling your appointment.

I was a patient of Dr. Tim Oakes before the practice was sold to Dr. Egan. I loved Dr. Oakes; he…read moreis a skilled and careful dentist. My husband and I decided to give Dr. Egan a try after the practice was sold. I was at the dentist in early 2024 for a cleaning and everything was good. In late May 2024, I noticed my lower molar that had a crown and root canal felt off. I visited Dr. Egan and he assured me that everything was good. Switch to September 2024 for my regular cleaning and I was informed there was a big cavity on the molar I expressed concerns back in May 2024! How did that happen in only 3 months? When the crown was removed, I was informed the tooth was not salvageable and my tooth was removed. Now I'm down a molar and facing a dental implant all thanks to the dentist who somehow missed a big cavity. I'm now seeing a new dentist who has found 3 additional huge cavities on teeth with previous filings and I'm getting at least one new crown. Two teeth are also cracked and these are not new cracks. So, my last cleaning was September 2024 and I'm now facing a lot of additional cost and time lost to several appointments to get my teeth fixed. That's 7 months since I've seen a dentist. None of that makes sense to me. I haven't taken up bad dental habits in that time period. I take extremely good care of my teeth and brush regularly with a Sonic Care toothbrush and dental floss. This is only my experience but please take heed before trusting Dr. Egan. I will say the front office staff are wonderful! I will miss them but I won't miss the lackluster dental care! Be careful!
