They got me in the very next day and even though they were about to close they were still able to do all the work I needed that same day such an heartwarming experience the staff is super friendly and made me feel very comfortable, They're just pure genuine.. I can proudly say this is my favorite dental clinic I have ever been to (And I went to several as a child). I have been a patient of Dr. Laska for more than 5 years now and I cannot recommend her enough. Unlike several doctors/dental offices this one has a friendly atmosphere and courteous staff. I never have a problem creating appointments and they are helpful with reminders. Dr. Laska herself, is a gem. I feel I was scammed by them. The office staff lacks integrity. I asked them if they accepted my insurance, they said yes. They knew I was asking if they were in network. They skated around the question and assured me they take my insurance. Had cavity's fixed and said it was $xxx amount out of my pocket and insurance would pay rest. They had there iPad out showed me what insurance was covering. They said insurance could cover a little more or a little less. LIES! They called 3 days later wanting 1,000 more. Not getting my money! Look somewhere else. Please ask if they are in network or contracted with your insurance and get it on recording if you see them. read more

When Dr. Laska had her previous office location, I was a fan, with all my family going to her, and recommending her to 2 friends. Since Dr. Laska moved in to her new location, her service has noticeably deteriorated. She packs the chairs with patients, and spends very little time with you. I am not exaggerating that on one visit she spent 2 minutes talking to me and then went on to another patient. She did not even look in my mouth - glanced at the X-rays and told me her hygienist said my teeth were fine. She literally fobs you off to her assistants as though she can't be bothered. I really can't say enough good things about his dentist. I found her through a neighbors recommendation. (because everyone has great things to say) Initially I went to her because I had a root canal that another dentist messed up. She fixed it and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Justyna took the time to talk to me about pain management (I can't take pain pills because they hurt my stomach) and she made sure to do EVERYTHING she could to find something that worked for me. She went way above what any other dentist ever has done for me. I've been going to her for about 3 years now and I find myself constantly telling strangers about her when I hear someone talk about a dentist. I feel like everyone needs to have an amazing dentist like I do. Her fillings are literally painless and her cleanings are extremely thorough. Every experience I have in that office is really personal and I feel like a friend instead of a patient. They send text/email reminders for appointments and you can confirm the same way. This is good for me because I am typically very forgetful and a week before my appointment I receive a reminder. I feel like Justyna has saved my teeth!
