A tech came and took my x-rays. Afterwards the hygienist showed me the x-rays as she was going through them and explained everything she saw. I was a little floored when she told me I had not one but six cavities. I don't know that I've had six cavities my entire life let alone a six/eight month time frame between checkups. After my teeth were checked for cavities, a third person came in to explain the charges for my insurance. At this point I had been in their office for an hour. It was at that time I was told the hygienist (different from the one that checked for cavities) was unavailable and that I couldn't get the cleaning I scheduled or see the dentist and needed to make another appt. Right now I am torn. I am torn between thinking this is all a big fluke (because they have excellent reviews on here) and thinking this is a scam place. I am also a little unnerved that your full social is printed on the print outs they give you.
