When I calmly asked what equipment he used, Kenneth got defensive and began yelling at me over the phone. I never raised my voice. On top of that, during the same visit, he claimed we needed a $14,000 HVAC replacement. A second opinion later confirmed our system was fully functional and only needed a simple adjustment. This wasn't just a financial inconvenience. I live with my elderly grandmother and father, and we pursued this test due to real health concerns in the home. I experience tightness, fatigue, and other symptoms when inside. The delay caused by this situation set us back in getting real answers and proper testing. We've now had to schedule a full mold inspection out of pocket. We've filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are now pursuing legal action.
