BE AWARE!!! This…read moretesting station is by far the absolute worst emission experience I've ever had in my 60+ years of life. Avoid it all cost. Piss poor management, no communication, the middle of the day of the middle of the week and its's been a 2 1/2 hour wait and we're still 15 cars back. They said one of the machines broke down, but they weren't detouring people away from that line, no other lines were moving, and there was no communication with those anxiously waiting in our cars. Even worse...there was no way out of the lines to exit...customers were getting pissed. It was SOOOOO EXHAUSTING! Total chaos. I tried speaking to management and they were total jerks. I even told them I was going to leave a bad yelp review and his response was "yea, I've heard that every day for months"...HUH? So what in the heck does that tell you people? The only good thing was the people that finally got us through the processs were kind and friendly...but prior to that was a complete nightmare...AND it was 3 1/2 HOURS LATER!!! If I could give them a negative 10 stars I would.

I'm pretty sure the drive in from the light took longer than the whole process. The guy at the counter was pretty chill, friendly, and informative. We chatted a bit while he took down the info he needed for the form. The total came out to $25 and they take cards (I don't recall a card fee) and when it came time to register my car, I had everything I needed and the VIN form was perfect.

Seriously took you 6hrs to evacuate the refer line, pull vacuum and then recharge to find out the compressor is bad. Took it to a Mercedes Shop the next day and they gave me a call within 2hrs confirming the Compressor which again 2hrs acceptable vs 6hrs WTF were you doing. Then on top of all this nonsense the Mercedes Shop stated the shop evacuated the line so there is no Freon. Called the other shop and the guy said oh well I'll give you back $6.00 when I was charged over 200.00 for the Freon. This Company is a scam artist and rip off BE AWARE go somewhere else not here.

As always, Aspen Pretty Eyes is with me, She is a Service Dog with ADA tags &c..... As I was exiting with her, I was told firmly: "All Dogs must go around and stay outside!" My response since I have been here many times and know the ADA laws: She is my service dog! Again with a HUFF: ALL DOGS MUST GO AROUND (HOT TAR ROAD WALKWAY) AND STAY OUT FRONT! Again I insist, we always waiting inside in the enclosure: I was told we could find another place!! RUDE Knowing they were very busy, a lane shut down causing overload and tension and my requiring the new emissions, we aquised finding a tree to shade my service dog, but, not forgetting the rudeness and how wonderful my past experiences have been. Often the place is not so hectic out on 44th street between Golden and Wheat Ridge, this was a very unfortunate experience and have never been treated in such a manner! Yet, the heat of the summer sun was very uncomfortable also the tone in which I was addressed. I was so frazzled, my cell for photos were left in the car!!

Took it to the dealer and they found nothing wrong with the car and said it sounds like the guy was full of it and to take it somewhere else. I then took it down the street to your competition in Golden and it passed with no issues. Thanks for wasting my time, and your techs are rude and don't seem like they want to work or help people. Either didn't know what he was taking about, didn't want to serve customers, didn't know how to drive my car or want to take my money. The manager and the tech were no help at all. Go anywhere but here as everyone is rude and clearly don't know what they are telling people

Purchased a Mustang from Ryan Corrick and had it shipped to me out of state, it was a surprise for…read moremy daughters birthday. I was given an inspection that they said was completed by their technician and given a perfect bill of health. Within 50 miles of purchasing the vehicle it was determined to have a thrown rod in the engine and a bent camshaft which blew out the oil pan. No help from the Seller just an "oh well" it's a used car. Seems really crappy to not offer any kind of help considering they charge a premium for vehicles that are said to be highly inspected. Now I am forced to have a new engine installed. Very disappointed in my experience and would encourage others to be careful before doing business with a company that isn't fully transparent and offers no help after the sale.
