My wisdom teeth have been giving me some pain for the past week and I was referred by Dr. Chen from C and C Dental to remove all 4 wisdom teeth. He recommended his Harvard Professor Dr. Woo. In his words, Dr. Woo is "not a butcher like most oral surgeons". Fast forward a few days I had my consultation with Dr. Woo. He is very knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know in order to prepare for the surgery as well as potential complications since I'm not at the optimal age of 17 where wisdom teeth should be taken out. He made me feel very comfortable moving forward with the operation. A week later, all 4 wisdom teeth were taken out in under an hour while I was under general anesthesia and I experienced only very slight pain for the next few days. I hear many horror stories about wisdom teeth pains post operation and jaw problems but Dr. Woo was an artist when it came to performing surgery. I strongly recommend choosing Dr. Woo for any oral surgeries one might need. I trust this man with my life. Seriously. The office assistants are also very kind and nice. The compact and charming office is inside an old armory in downtown Medford. It also has state of the art technology so you're in good hands. The only thing that's strange about this place is its hours. It's only open 3 days a week unfortunately :/ Thank you so much, Dr. Woo and Armory Dental Implant and Oral Surgery for giving me such a pleasant experience for something that should've been extremely painful and unpleasant. You guys are awesome!!!!

(This review is being posted on my daughter's behalf.)…read more You should not advertise sedation dentistry on your website as an option if you refuse to actually give it to your patients because "we can't :)". I have a severe dental fear. I made an appointment for a cleaning because they specifically had laughing gas advertised on their website. Well, guess what? After confirming with them on the phone beforehand this would be an option and going through the cleaning, they surprise me with "we don't do that here except for specific treatments :)" Why. Did. Your. Staff. say they did???? Why do you have it listed as an option on your website with zero mention of that small catch? They watched me literally cry in their office from my deep fear and sat there and kept insisting they couldn't. They straight-up tricked me to get me into their office. They also referred me to a different place saying "oh, they do laughing gas" only for it to be for nothing as the place they referred me to doesn't have it as an option whatsoever. They did not give a damn. Well, fast forward to last night. They called because of the initial posting of my review and apologized. I took the review down, thinking I had been a bit hostile, and asked about possibly getting an anti-anxiety pill before the appointment to get through it like most dentists are GLAD to give. Nope. Can't do it. No reason as to why, just that they don't want to, LOL. They do not want to help you with your fears. Telling someone to "not be scared" is honestly an insult and shows me this practice has zero understanding of how dental anxiety works. They just want your business. They don't care beyond that. I will not be taking down my review unless they can actually help me as their website falsely states they can.

Has 0 patient care skills, only cares about getting paid. I had a scheduled extraction for 4 wisdom teeth. Waited an hour in the waiting room, was brought in by some male assistant took xrays and was seated in an open room(no patient privacy whatsoever). Back office was messy, dirty, SMELLY. I literally was asking myself what am I doing here??! Doctor comes in, doesn't introduce himself, left me with my words in my mouth attending to another patient across the room comes back and is not comforting at all regarding the 4 extractions. I wanted to do 2 at a time instead of all 4 at once , and he told me its not ideal because the pain is going to be the same. I finally asked how is this going to be done, what can I expect..? Because had i not finally asked, he would have just started doing without letting me know whats going on. Turns out they only do laughing gas and just extract them right out, which was not flying with me considering how nervous I was. Ended up leaving

I'm in my 40s and thought I was going to be in for a terrible time since I waited so long to get my wisdom teeth taken care of. Dr. Feldman and her team are great. Her office is super responsive and I didn't have to wait long for the surgery. Her new space in Arlington is beautiful. The procedure itself was a BREEZE. I opted to be completely sedated, so all I experienced was walking in, having a nice chat with the doctor, passing out, and waking up (happily?) with four fewer teeth. The worst part of the experience was the mouth gauze (ugh, gag), but I was able to ditch that pretty soon after I got home. BUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE: I work in a medical setting, and I know that drug protocols and pain control can make or break the immediate post-op experience for a patient. Homegirl has her drugs dialed in. I was *literally* pain free for the first 48 hours after the procedure. I had to remind myself to take ibuprofen regularly to keep the inflammation down, because I didn't need it for pain right away. YES, OF COURSE, it's not comfortable to have four bleeding holes in your mouth. But it's a heck of a lot more pleasant when the worst part of your recovery is pain free, and you only start to experience the discomfort when you're over the hump. Dr. Feldman takes what should be a terrible and traumatizing experience and turns it into something that's extremely manageable. I hope I never see her again, and I am also recommending her to everyone who has also procrastinated their dental care.
