It's a decent option if you're in need of parking in the Short North. Definitely better than street parking.

It is a great option for the Short North as well as the Convention Center. We used two days during Pride 2023 this weekend and also use it throughout the year when staying for a bit. Special event pricing is usually marked up but it's reasonably safe and easy in and out. This is a great option as the street parking is by license plate and max 3 hours. There is an attached sky bridge located on Level 3. I personally have never had any issues hear and have always found parking.
