Refusing to give me documents I asked for and made up reasons why my car wouldn't have gotten towed "had they known"- I digress. I am soooo thankful for Woodys and Eric (the tow truck driver that literally saved us). My truck…read morehas been feeling funny ever since I picked it up after a repair from A+ Collision, and I guess eventually something was going to give. It turns out they had improperly secured the lug nuts on one (or more of the tires) and while driving on the highway we started feeling noticeable vibrating and rocking. Thankfully my husband had the good sense to pull off on the shoulder and he kept us from being in a horrible accident. The tire was hanging on by some hopes and prayers, all 4 nuts were completely gone and the tire was ready to go rolling. I decided to call progressive for roadside assistance, since, you know, that's what I pay them for. 2 hours later and we are still sitting on the shoulder of the highway waiting for Rhunettes Mobile Notary LLC to show up (Progressives solution was to contact another company so we could wait another 2 hours for them to MAYBE show up). Thankfully an off duty volunteer officer noticed us sitting there, and geez I wish I remember the officers name, but a hugeeee thank you to him as well as he called Woodys for us! Eric showed up in less than ten minutes(on a Friday night) and was able to get the truck on the flatbed without loosing the tire or causing further damage to the vehicle. He towed the truck to Ford for us and gave us a ride home all for a very reasonable price. The whole situation was scary, frustrating, and unnerving. I owe a huge thank you to the Dublin Police Officer who noticed us and sat behind us and kept us safe until we were good to go. Also a huge thank you to Woodys and Eric for responding so quickly and being so courteous to me and my family! If you're ever stuck or needing a tow give Woodys a call, they service all of Columbus and even out of state!!
