I asked because in the past, I've had rats under the hood of my car, and those rodents almost destroyed my car. His dog came along, and she actually sniffed around my car to check for any rats. Apparently, she has a nose for it. I was so happy to have my car working, and rat free. I was incredibly impressed with Sandy, the dog. And with Mike too, they both did a terrific job!

Not only did Sam come and provde a tow, he worked out all the logistics of moving the Vans onto the flat bed semi truck and communication with the semi driver. I did not have cell service, but I was able to scan a large hill and get reception. I was able to call in for about 30 seconds, enough time to give my location and trouble. I lost connection prior to payment. Luckily I was able to receive text and the dispatcher for Grim texted me back and let me know I had lost cell service, but he was sending a driver over. I waited a total of 25 min and I heard the beautiful sound of that diesel truck in the canyon making lts way to me. The driver was professional and had a place that could fix my axle, I took his word for it and they were able to fix my car the next day. I am very grateful for Grim towing and my driver / dispatcher who saved the day. I would recommend them 100 percent.

My Audi has a snapped serpentine belt, and a few flat tires, and he still managed my car and getting it on to the bed of the tow truck with absolute and utmost care. My crazy neighbor across the street that lost damn near all her marbles kept on bothering him and he was even tolerable through that. Fast forward to getting to the mechanic shop where I needed. My car dropped off my dumb self put the key through the mail slot.... Before we put the car in neutral to drop it from the bed. Moises was able to get the key out, not only once but twice when the second time I locked my other vehicles key inside of my Audi within the same 10 minutes span of time. He was very patient with me in trying to figure out a way around my stupid issues, he did not get frustrated at all. He was very chill.. THANK YOU MOISES!!!! On another note, I was in a car accident on October 11, 2025, which resulted in having glass shattered all over me. That tow truck driver picked up my car and before I left the parking lot, used the air compressor to blow all of the shards of glass off of my skin and body.
