She immediately addressed the issue and moved us to another room without hesitation, which we greatly appreciated. The next morning, I stopped by the front desk and was assisted by Ashley, along with the front desk supervisor Marrissa. Both were incredibly helpful and took the time to ensure our concerns were fully resolved. While we were having breakfast in the food court, Ashley even came over to personally inform me that the hotel manager, Meaghan, was available at the desk. After speaking with Meaghan, it was clear that she is dedicated to providing top-tier customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of, and her professionalism truly stood out. Because of the outstanding efforts of Robbie, Ashley, Marrissa, and Meaghan, we will definitely be staying here again. Crabtastic, avoid this place do not waste your time, even the employees state that the food is terrible. Overall if you want to part ways with your money stop by, just know that this is not a casino as there are no table games just slots.

They took care of pulling permits with the District (didn't even realize that was required), and sent an inspector out after the work was done to make sure everything was installed properly (again, apparently required for the permits). Someone called me periodically to convey information very clearly and professionally (i.e., when the work was scheduled, when it was done, etc.). Overall, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone installing an EV charger.

Also came out to help figure out some of the nuances of the charger app. They were very friendly, professional, and prompt. (Also pleased that there were no surcharges.). I highly recommend them.

For food, I ate at the National Market (food court), from both Zizi's Pizza and Noodle Bar, both of which were fine, and I'd eat at again. I also ate at the Bellagio Patisserie, which was good--I liked my flatbread and latte for breakfast, along with my dessert. Room service was enjoyable, as I ordered a very delicious chicken tender and tots meal. I'm not a casino person but I do enjoy walking through one and MGM has a fun vibe. I was hoping to try Blossom during one visit, but it did not open in time. We had drinks in the lobby bar, which is well-appointed and lively with delicious cocktails and great service. The chargers itself were also incredibly slow compared to the ones I am accustomed to. It took me well over 45 minutes to charge from 35% up to 85+%!! That was new for me as I have never really seen something like that despite temperature being close to 50F, my car being the only one at the charger, and the battery was pre-conditioned ahead of time. I wouldn't mind using this location again in the future especially because it's surrounded by restaurants and small shops like Royal Farms to kill time. A 4/5 stars too if it wasn't for the trash management issues and the slowness.
