This is exactly the ongoing issue: inconsistent information, poor communication, and no accountability. Since moving near this location, I have had repeated monthly problems with prescriptions showing as ready, delayed, out of stock, or handled as if there is no history. I also reviewed other Google reviews for this location and saw that other customers are describing similar issues. This confirms that my experience is not isolated and that there appears to be a pattern CVS management needs to address. Patients should not have to chase basic updates for important medication.

Things I could say about this dash in is that the staff is always friendly. The pumps are always in working good order and you don't have to go inside like some places where the receipts don't always dispense at the pump. Great place to empty out your vehicle's trash after a long road trip. Lot is plentiful with ample parking and it basically has a dedicated traffic signal which made for east entry/exit.
